I had an issue with an order that unfortunately went missing in transit after some difficulties with the courier.
I contacted the Sleep Token customer service team and, although resolving the issue took some time due to the investigation with the courier, they continued to follow up on the case and were always kind and helpful in their replies.
Once it became clear that the original parcel was unlikely to reach me, they arranged a replacement and made sure it was sent to my updated delivery address. My replacement Even In Arcadia 2LP Instrumental Edition has now arrived safely and in perfect condition.
I’m genuinely grateful for the way the team handled the situation. Problems with couriers can happen, but what matters is how they are dealt with, and in the end I felt that the team really made an effort to resolve mine.
Thank you so much for your help and for making sure my vinyl finally made it home!

Customer Service is not only a joke it's a misnomer. Emails take days for a response, in stock items are not despatched after 4 weeks of waiting, purchase made 9th September it's now 13th October and just given a runaround of the same email response, looking into , please give it a few days.
At best the company is grossly incompetent at worse they are just scam merchants .

We all know how important great customer care is these days, so, feedback should be given and names should be mentioned when our issues are dealt promptly and with efficiency. Shout out to Synth and the whole team from Madonna's EU store (whom I regularly contact for queries etc.). Immediate response and positive resolution every time (I'm a frequent customer since 2019).

Incredibly prompt and helpful customer services team. I was actually impressed with how quickly (and positively) they dealt with my request.

Ignoring my emails regarding an order I placed that has still not shipped over 1 month after the website indicated it would ship.

Ordered some shirts at bmthofficial and wanted to cancel the order because of financial reasons, got hit up with a message from stella, that they unfortunately couldn’t cancel the order because it had already been processed, which of course is not her fault. She seemed so kind and professional!

Harmony dealt with my complaint admirably. I've used this company a lot for my merchandise needs and generally they are brilliant but on occasion their carrier let them down and the package was lost in transit but harmony was brilliant, they investigated my issue, we came to a satisfactory resolution for both parties so Harmony improved the score from a 3 to 4.

Christian helped me with my order cancellation and refunded me immediately- so it only took a single email to sort. Excellent customer service, I reccomend.
