Bright & Beautiful Omdömen

The standard of cleanliness was excellent. Very competent young ladies.

We had Voni and her team carry out a deep clean service on our 5 bed house. We're delighted with the outcome, careful, conscientious and so friendly. We'll be retaining Voni on a fortnightly basis. 100% recommend! (Aylesbury / Thame HPxx location).

Having read previous reviews on Trustpilot, we contacted Samantha and asked if she would be able to carry out a deep clean on our mother’s flat, with not very much notice. She came and quoted and did the clean 2 days later. The flat is absolutely spotless!! They all worked so hard and did an amazing job. We would definitely recommend.

We have used the team from Bright & Beautiful for about a year now.we are delighted with the service. They are always polite and professional. The team today - Catherine, Sue and Sarah are all excellent. With having a wife with mobility issues - they are a true help. I would recommend Bright & Beautiful to anybody who’s looking for a professional domestic cleaning company.
David / Malvern

Consumate professionals, from initial visit to develop customised quote, through scheduling and first visit, they have been excellent.

First cleaning done today to an exceptional standard. Perfect! Thank you.

Claire and her team were lovely and the apartment was left spotless after the deep clean in Manchester. Thank you!

We enjoy a reliable supply of friendly and efficient cleaning ladies for a monthly clean of a 5 🛌 3🚿 1 🛀. Julie’s assessment and Dee’s organisation were considerate of the household and of their staff. Small queries are dealt with easily by phone or email. Good value for money and payment is straightforward.

Jayne from Bright and Beautiful Portsmouth who came and gave me a quote for a one off clean whilst I am recovering from surgery was friendly, professional and very helpful. Her team of cleaners Carrie Ann,Sara and Veronika were all lovely, friendly and hard working. They did an excellent job.I would thoroughly recommend them and will definitely use them again when I have further surgery.

Bright and Beautiful Orpington came to our rescue within literally 24 hours. Sam and her team are so professional and reliable. Forever thankful for them coming to our small coffee shop and making it SPOTLESS overnight.
It’s such a relief to know that we don’t have to worry about cleaning at the end of the day. Recommend to anyone in the Bromley area!

Great service, very friendly and professional. Wayne has been very accommodating and does a fantastic job ensuring it’s all been clean to high standards. Highly recommend it.

Engaged Bright and Beautiful Lichfield to carry out a 1 off clean on a property in Lichfield.
The only area that needed any kind of attention was the shower cubicle in the en- suite. To be fair this was cleaned to a acceptable standard.
However, the kitchen wasn't. 1 cupboard missed completely and all tops of cupboards missed despite being agreed these would be done. Dust left on top of door arcitraves/plug and light switches. Cobweb left on LED light fitting.
Very disappointed. Won't use again

We've had 'Bright & Beautiful' cleaning our offices in Cheshire for a couple of weeks now and they have been excellent. Nicola, Teresa, & Morgan (and a few more from their team) have worked very hard. They've been friendly and professional, and have done a thorough job of cleaning our work place. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Deep Clean service. Lovely Ladies. Very thorough. The upstairs of my home us gleaming again. Thankyou Emma and Kelly Top Job 👍😁

I have been using Bright and Beautiful Enfield for a few years now and they are the best company I have used. Always turn up and complete a great job. Lovely people, it is a joy to come home after they have worked their magic. Thank you.

So after leaving a review on here I was contacted and asked for my contact detail. I provided these and was informed that my concerns would be investigated. Skip forward a week or so and I get an email thanking me for my patience and for letting the cleaners return to fix the problems. None of which is true. In the meantime we received an email threatening us with court action. I only wish I was able to share the photos on here. Nobody would pay for cleaning of that standard.

We also mentioned on two occasions that the cleaners left before the hour was up. Apparently this can not be possible as the cleaners have signed time sheets. On the first occasion we left the house when the cleaners arrived. (We both work in education and it was non term time). We arrived back 45 minutes later to find one cleaner already sitting in the car!

Last year I contacted Bright and Beautiful for a quote. I got a reply with two dates suggested for an initial visit. When I replied I heard nothing else back from the Worsley branch. Skip forward to early 2025 and I received an email offering a free quote for cleaning. I thought I would give them a second chance and got in touch to request this. Once again I was contacted by the Worsley branch offering three possible days in the next week to have an initial visit. When I replied with my availability I again failed to receive a reply.

I won't be contacting this organisation again. If they can't be professional enough to reply to a potential customer then I certainly won't be trusting them to provide a professional service and be in my home. My time was wasted on two occasions and luckily I have found a more reputable local organisation who provided a quote promptly and who obviously take customer service seriously.

Excellent customer service and job done so well and quick. Can I highly recommend.

The team that came out were incredibly friendly and kind. I got a one off deep clean and the results were amazing. It felt like a new home after.
They were also very comfortable with my cat occasionally watching them and being curious.
I thoroughly recommend them for your cleaning needs!

A wonderful team of people, who always do a great job, and a wonderful business who value their staff and their customers.

Unfortunately we will not be continuing our monthly cleaning with Bright and Beautiful due to huge price increases and standards slipping considerably over the last year. In the past we have had the same cleaning team for each clean but this is now not the case and it really shows in the quality of the service we recieve. Many areas are missed on a regular basis and far less time is spent at our property than we pay for. Communication is poor and our regular clean day has been moved with 1 days notice. After asking for the time of the clean to be communicated in advance several times over the years this never happens. A disappointing service from a company I used to rate so highly.
