Bright & Beautiful Delamere is fantastic—I honestly can't recommend them enough! Every team member is trustworthy, reliable, and consistent, always cleaning to the highest possible standard. Over the last year I have found the whole team is a pleasure to have around—warm, friendly, and immensely hardworking. A special shout-out to Nicola, Theresa, and Morgan, who as my primary cleaning team are especially good!

Tha k you to Steph Kelly & Karen who worked their magic on my house with a deep clean - they scrubbed and scrubbed , worked so hard. It’s gleaming and looks wonderful. Thank you so much ! Very happy with my new service

Thought a review after a year of using this company would show a genuine experience. This company has improved our lives. I used to feel so guilty when I hadn’t done housework and sometimes hoped people wouldn’t call in to visit. Now, our home is always bright and clean. It’s encouraged me to be tidier too. They do a great job and are friendly. They come in, clean from top to bottom and then a quick goodbye afterwards. They’re so efficient. It’s such an easy experience and I’m so glad we found them. Lovely team, reliable and thorough. Highly recommended

Bright and Beautiful did a brilliant and exceptional job cleaning a residents room before handover, and would highly recommend their services for any commercial or work matter. They were professional from start to finish and delivered an exceptional standard of cleaning that exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a reliable company that does high-quality, thorough work for business and professional spaces, this team is outstanding.

I paid Bright & Beautiful Huddersfield branch nearly £400 for a deep clean to get the house ready to put on the market.

My vintage dressing table was damaged and my kitchen was not cleaned at all.
The deep clean included internal windows, inside of kitchen cupboards and a 'ceiling-to-floor' clean. The kitchen had not been cleaned; everything was exactly as we'd left it.

I sent photos and a complaint asking for a refund for the deep clean and I was turned down.

I am so disappointed by this service, given it is quite an expensive clean.
I would not recommend this company.

Needed a deep clean as putting house on the market, very pleased the 3 person team arrived on time, i left my property and returned late afternoon and i was very well surprised by how clean it was and how tidy it was, I highly recommend bright and beautiful

Tracey and Maddi came and did a great job. I look forward to their next visit. My home never looked, felt or smelled so clean. Thank you 😊

I was just moving back into my house after more than 2 years away and the house had been left in a disgusting state by a temporary occupier. I had arranged deep cleaning of the property in advance with the very helpful Heval. And on the day, 4 very capable, positive and enthusiastic young women arrived from Bright & Beautiful and spent a couple of hours transforming the property so that I could start to think of it as my home again. They were brilliant!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m extremely happy with the service from Bright and Beautiful Cleaning Company. They did a fantastic job cleaning my house last week, and I really appreciate the care, attention to detail, and professionalism they showed throughout.

The house was left beautifully clean and fresh, and I was very impressed with the quality of their work. They were friendly, reliable, and respectful of my home.

I would definitely use their service again and highly recommend Bright and Beautiful Cleaning Company to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy cleaning service. Excellent job — thank you so much! 👏

Great service by Ellie Maddison and Amber.

I recently went to visit my brother, and I was absolutely delighted to see his house looking so beautifully clean! As he lives on his own, it can be really hard for him to keep up with all the housekeeping himself. The team from Bright & Beautiful Bedford were fantastic and so friendly. It brings me such peace of mind knowing that he is in such good hands and that his home is being looked after so well. Thank you so much for the amazing service and for being so wonderful to him
Highly recommend their services 🤗

Daughter done a trial shift promised it would be paid, she later received notification she did not get the job, yet you have added ger to payroll and have not received payment, yet you told hmrc you have!!! Please avoid this company

I applied for this job got invited for interview they asked me if I could come along for induction next day I said yes and went again for induction . Then got told they were offering me the job and see how I get on and told me I had to wait for them to ring me for my full contract ect . Received there call yesterday Tuesday 1st September 2026 thinking this was it only for them to give me feedback saying they were happy working with me but unfortunately the position has been filled so I wasted 2 days of hard work for nothing . Yes I got paid but there something not right with this company why tell someone they got the job then next minute you tell them they haven’t got the job .i wouldn’t recommend this company and the manger was late both days picking me up from Watford Junction and I got there on time . And they couldn’t give me a full reason why I didn’t get the job just said the position been filled . Wouldn’t recommend working with this company as they love to waste people time and effort.

It is so lovely to come home and it's all clean, refreshed and tidy.Bright and Beautiful in Haddington,East Lothian have full marks for us.They are trustworthy, reasonable and communicate well. Last minute changes to regular cleans are tolerated. The team work very hard and I wish my sister had a team like this in Suffolk. Hopefully one day they will expand and create a team down there

An excellent service from a very professional and friendly team from both practical and management points of view. We have had one cleaning visit and first impressions are very favourable. Everything was tailored to our requirements. We will definitely continue to use them. Highly recommended.

Had a complete ‘refresh’ clean done today on my two bedroom flat. Everything is sparkling! Was so impressed with the work and the efficiency. The team attending today were Carina, Mercedes and Hayley …. all an absolute credit to Bright and Beautiful, polite, respectful of my property and extremely thorough in their work. Thank you

Bright and beautiful Portsmouth come to us every fortnight and they always do a brilliant job. The team is friendly and they come in groups of 3 which means they work quickly. We are always pleased with their work

Lovely, friendly team and responsive company.
Performed an end of tenancy clean on my recent rental. Would definitely recommend.

I wish I could give Nichola and the team at Worsley Bright & Beautiful a hundred stars. They came and did a deep clean for us to get us back on an even keel before they start a regular service for us. It was faultless. Our house is peaceful and just perfect. All the team were consumately professional and everything was left sparkling clean.
I heartily recommend them to anyone
