Exceptional camping lights
Super happy with the products and service, the lights have cool and slick the designs, the telescopic light is super futuristic spacey looking, used camping for setting up in the dark was really useful would recommend, the magnetic light also handy and versatile good to keep in car for night repairs etc.

I received the fridge in an absolute timely matter, yet the battery, shipped at the exact same time as the fridge, is now 6 days missing, and no light at end of tunnel yet

Battery finally showed up, do not believe it had anything to do with Bougerv, shipper has been really sketchy on delivering goods where I reside, so that being said, quality product, I did have to charge battery one installed, and battery has been working flawlessly, great product all around

BougeRV 40 liter Cooler
My new 40 liter cooler exceeds expectations. The unit is very well built, holds the cold well, and is very quiet running. The removable basket inside the cooler makes getting to the contents much easier, and the wheels and folding handle make moving it around while loaded very easy. Could not be happier with this new cooler.

Consistency across the buying experience
The online store was very much an expanded version of the marketplace ads. Too many ads are misleading or just disconnected from the store experience. BougeRV does a good job at consistent product experience, all the way to the actual product hat is received.

CRPpro30 fridge really works; great support from staff!
knowledgable staff who answered product questions; effective followup via email due to shipping glitches (on my end, not BougeRV issue). They also responded promptly when product warranty registration "submit" button didn't work (maybe due to my Firefox browser?);
BougeRV registered for me and confirmed products fully covered. Portable fridge/freezer CRPro30 is awesome!!

BougeRV has good quality products. I own several products and love them all. They have several things I plan on trying in the future such as a solar panel for my roof top tent camping set up. Can’t go wrong with BougeRV in my opinion because their prices are pretty good as well.

Poor installation instructions
The product itself is fine, installation instructions left a lot to be desired. I’m in construction, but not an electrician. Some information on wire size going from the battery to the inverter would’ve been extremely helpful. Lucky I didn’t catch my camper on fire.

When I realized this trip was coming up…
When I realized this trip was coming up quicker, this company was able to change the address for the shipping so that I would have the electric cooler in time. We just taken a two week trip prior with a regular cooler. This was much more convenient with an electric cooler. We didn’t have to worry about Ice. There was no mess. Loved it.
