I recently purchased these glasses and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The quality is excellent—they feel lightweight yet very durable, which makes them comfortable to wear all day without any pressure or discomfort.

The design is modern and stylish, and they fit my face perfectly. I’ve also noticed that the lenses are very clear and provide great vision, whether I’m indoors or outside. They’ve definitely improved both my comfort and confidence.

Overall, these glasses exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a combination of style, comfort, and quality.

I ordered 2pair of frames it supposed to have been buy one get one I didn't receive those pairs but overall I love both pairs I did receive I'm satisfied how they turned out it took a month to receive them but worth the wait.

Order Never Arrived – No Customer Service at All

I placed an order with Belvoir & Co on March 21, which was shipped via DHL from the United Kingdom to the Netherlands. As of today, April 11, I still have not received my order.

I have attempted to contact Belvoir & Co multiple times regarding this issue, but I have received little to no response. There has been no effort from their side to investigate the situation, provide updates, or offer a solution to ensure delivery. Additionally, their customer service appears to be unreachable.

This lack of communication and support is highly disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

belvoir&co is honestly so disappointing i dont even know where to start. i bought a pair of sunglasses for like £80 and didnt even like them when they arrived, they didnt fit properly at all so i decided to return them which should be simple right?? but no

its been like 3 weeks now and im still waiting for my money back which is actually ridiculous. i sent the sunglasses back with all my details inside the package like my name address everything so they can clearly see its my return, but they keep saying they need the return receipt?? like how is that my problem when i already sent everything with it and i even explained i lost the receipt

and the worst part is this isnt even my first time buying from them, ive bought sunglasses before and kept them with no issues, so its not like im some random person trying to scam them or something. but now suddenly they act like this over just £80??

honestly at this point you can keep that £80 if that helps for paying your employees because clearly customer service is not something you invest in

really bad customer service and just feels like they dont care at all. definitely not buying from them again after this experience.

As previously advised, we requested the return tracking receipt because no return has been received under your name or order number. We would not ask for these details if the package had been delivered back to us.

The receipt is required so we can identify the courier used and confirm the delivery time to our warehouse. As stated on multiple occasions, prior to you confirming the receipt was lost, no return had been received from you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for missing return packages, and it is the sender’s responsibility to retain proof of postage.

I placed my order February 5th 2025 I didn't receive my order till March 9th 2026 and before I received the order I had to pay 58.14 to DHL for duty fees or they were going to ship my order back. I don't understand what happened with this order I have bought glasses from you before and I never had this problem. I was told that DHL would deliver free but that certainly wasn't the case. I believe that your products are the best on the market just wasn't prepared to pay over 300.00 usd. Brian Jackson.

Thanks for your review - The lead time for your order was 21 business days (with it being prescription) your order dispatched in this time period.

The $58.14 would be tariff charges. This is separate to the free shipping your order qualified for.

I would advise caution when purchasing from this company. If you do proceed with an order, you should be aware of potential difficulties regarding their returns policy.

The company has stated that their policy only allows for store credit when items are returned. However, this appears inconsistent with UK consumer legislation. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers who purchase goods online generally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods and are entitled to a refund to the original payment method, unless they expressly agree to an alternative arrangement such as store credit.

In this instance, the glasses were returned within the 14-day cancellation period. Despite multiple email exchanges, a full refund has not yet been issued. As no agreement was made to accept store credit in place of a monetary refund, the expectation under UK law is that the refund should be provided via the original payment method.

Consumers should ensure they understand their statutory rights before purchasing. The matter has now been reported to Trading Standards for further consideration.

Hayward yellow lens

I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses from here and I couldn’t be happier! The quality is outstanding — sturdy frames, crystal-clear lenses, and they feel super comfortable even after wearing them all day. The UV protection is excellent, and they look incredibly stylish too.
Customer service was friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The staff took the time to help me find a pair that suited my face shape and style.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for fashionable, high-quality sunglasses at a great price. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next pair! 😎

I’ve emailed there customer service and nothing !

I’ve emailed there customer service team twice now and no response regarding a lost parcel, not even had a “we have received your email” automated response. Please contact me about my order I haven’t received

I ordered this on the 6th it’s now the 17th

An amazing company when there reply to a problem is it’s been delivered, no help and no assistance, might as well say it’s not are problem.

Misleading website

Ordered prescription sunglasses for rowing — hundreds of quid. No sunglasses?!?

Finally, received just the prescription lens as an unusuable hunk of glass with no frames or arms to actually wear them!

Update: They sent frames. But no way to attach to prescription. Have given reasonable time for them to respond. They’re an absolute joke of a retailer - really, you can buy better elsewhere. This is the most expensive mistake for the poorest quality service and product.

Update: Advised customer that his "query" was sent to an unmonitored noreply inbox (hence why he didn't get a response). Also explained to the customer that the clip in part is showcased on the website and sending over video instructions to help assist.
