The glasses were amazing in style and in shading.. the delivery did not take long from UK to UAE. The price is reasonable. I had an issue while purchased but they replied in a short notice and confirm the issue. This is our 8th pair for me and my sister.

Man the glasses I received are fire 🔥 I reside in the USA Detroit Michigan where we are home from the Cartier buffalo horns and I want to bring this style to the states

I was shopping around for where to buy sunglasses and found Belvoir&Co. I went to trust pilot and saw a 3.7 which made me second guess until I read the bad reviews which all come down to the customer not bothering to read the terms and conditions or just lying. Which is sad because I bought 2 pairs and they arrived in only a couple of days. Both came with a carry case for each and cloths for each, amazing quality frames and thick lens. Couldn't be happier and its honestly a shame that idiots have dragged the rating down. I have forgotten the name of the staff member replying to the comments on this site but I wanted to say keep it up. Your amazing no nonsense replies were the main reason I bought these glasses.

Extremely impressed by the quality of the craft and the elegance of the style. Delivery in the UK was very quick and I have already ordered my second pair.

I don’t know how you all feel but whenever I put on belvoirco glasses on! My Aura multiplies fr! I love them.

I've ordered a pair of glasses and missed the delivery date so it got sent back to sender I have be contacting belvoir&co for nearly 2 weeks and only one response to my multiple emails. I want to know if they received the glasses as i wamt to oreder another pair i also want to know if the money has gone back in to my account....

I finally received an email in regards to the payment, The problem has finally been resolved!

Stay away! After DHL asked me to pay an extra $29 import fee I reached out to this company and waa met with some of the worst customer service I've seen. I asked about a refund and they called me broke, a cry baby, and kept sending me messages afterI told them to move on.

Have to give it to them. Had issues with getting in contact with them at first about a replacement. was greeted within 2 days and sent a new pair within a week. Really happy and great quality.

I recently purchased these glasses and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The quality is excellent—they feel lightweight yet very durable, which makes them comfortable to wear all day without any pressure or discomfort.

I ordered 2pair of frames it supposed to have been buy one get one I didn't receive those pairs but overall I love both pairs I did receive I'm satisfied how they turned out it took a month to receive them but worth the wait.

I placed an order with Belvoir & Co on March 21, which was shipped via DHL from the United Kingdom to the Netherlands. As of today, April 11, I still have not received my order.

I have attempted to contact Belvoir & Co multiple times regarding this issue, but I have received little to no response. There has been no effort from their side to investigate the situation, provide updates, or offer a solution to ensure delivery. Additionally, their customer service appears to be unreachable.

This lack of communication and support is highly disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

belvoir&co is honestly so disappointing i dont even know where to start. i bought a pair of sunglasses for like £80 and didnt even like them when they arrived, they didnt fit properly at all so i decided to return them which should be simple right?? but no

its been like 3 weeks now and im still waiting for my money back which is actually ridiculous. i sent the sunglasses back with all my details inside the package like my name address everything so they can clearly see its my return, but they keep saying they need the return receipt?? like how is that my problem when i already sent everything with it and i even explained i lost the receipt

and the worst part is this isnt even my first time buying from them, ive bought sunglasses before and kept them with no issues, so its not like im some random person trying to scam them or something. but now suddenly they act like this over just £80??

honestly at this point you can keep that £80 if that helps for paying your employees because clearly customer service is not something you invest in

really bad customer service and just feels like they dont care at all. definitely not buying from them again after this experience.
