The best service i’ve ever had
This morning I placed an order for a product I didn't need. I didn't know what to do, so I decided to contact the assistance email proposed by the site from which I had mistakenly ordered the item. The person in charge who received my email was very quick to give me my money back and also replied to my email telling me not to hesitate to contact them for other similar problems. This person was very kind, I advise everyone to contact this service in case of need, I had a very good experience and I still don't know how to say thank you to the operator who helped me 😊

The staff who handled my issue was helpful and patient enough to assist on my order. Though things were a little mixed up at first but it was all sorted out in the end.

Great customer service! My package got lost, so I had to contact the customer service a few times. Both times I got a response really quickly with a lot of personal touch. My issue was solved with a quick refund in the end. Will definitely repurchase :)
