Over and month and still NOTHING
It's been a month and ten days since I ordered Ghost merch. They told me, five days ago, that they would send my items out within five days. Well, they haven't. I'm never going to order official Ghost merch again, at least not until they get rid of this company and find someone who can actually do the job. I've had enough, this has happened almost every time I've ordered from them. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
Edit: I have already escalated things. Multiple times. Nothing has been done. It's almost been two months, and I've had enough. Going to start asking for a refund.

In general, service is satisfactory. Last time, I had to cancel my latest order, they were extremely quick with response and cancellation, the amount of purchase was transferred back immediately, within 24 hours.

I send them more emails and now they stopped replying completely.. I don't know what to do anymore! Hoping anyone from their team will see this!! Please just give me what i paid for!!

At first, Emily didn't seem to read my initial email and replied with an automated FAQ which, for a customer, is super annoying and honestly just a waste of everyone's time.
Isla came to the rescue with more personal replies and assistance and much quicker response times. I sincerely hope the 2 week international shipping will hold true.

Worst internet shopping experience ever. If there was an option where no star can be granted, I would’ve wholeheartedly chose that.
I have sent an email COUNTLESS of times to the customer service about my issue and have only been answered with automated email responses. My package was sent back to the sender due to an “incomplete address” problem. I have already sent an email about this and I have been told that a redelivery can be arranged only when my package has reached their warehouse. I got a notification MULTIPLE weeks ago that my package has already reached their warehouse, but still no information or email has been sent to me about a redelivery or any other resolution. I am aware of the issues that Royal Mail is facing, however, can at least a date of the redelivery or any notice to this issue be provided? My package was already weeks late before the “incomplete address” problem. Now, nearly THREE WHOLE MONTHS later, I haven’t received my package.
I didn’t want to return my items and get a refund but now it seems like that would be my only option rather than wait for probably another month or two.

Huge scam
This company is a scam and their customer service is a joke. All they do is take your money and ignore you until you blow up their social media with negative comments. My product was supposedly shipped on Dec 19th which would have put their given time frame if delivery at the end of Dec (5-10 days). When it wasn’t here by Jan 5th I started to email them trying to find a tracking number or something. After being ignored for weeks I finally got someone and they told me “Good news! It shipped on the 19th, but you have to allow for the maximum shipping time of 12 weeks to receive it. I told them this is not what your confirmation email, shipping email, or website says. I want a refund. I was told that’s not possible until I receive the product then I can pay to shop it back to them and when they receive it they’d start the refund process. Then I was told it would get here by the maximum date, Jan 26th, by another “rep”. Well it didn’t. They don’t answer their phones either and one of the numbers is disconnected. Save yourself the time and frustration and don’t buy from these scammers.

Scam company
Ordered a t-shirt in November 2022. On 18th November, I receive an email that my order has been dispatched. The site tells you that the standard delivery time to Europe is 8 days. 7 WEEKS LATER, STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. They stopped replying to my e-mails. This is the second time that I've had the displeasure of dealing with this company.

Avoid, absolute shocking service!
I was unfortunately redirected here from the Off Menu website for official merchandise. I wish they used a better company.
Firstly, their website failed the moment I hit confirm order. The money went straight out of my bank but I did not receive an order number or confirmation email. I had to chase them to only keep receiving silly automated emails.
I paid for next day postage but they didn't dispatch until 4 days after my order date (not stated anywhere that they are slow at dispatching). The order still never arrived.
Their emails are 95% automated and mostly blaming royal mail strikes or asking for a review, so here's mine.
Just don't waste your time!

Never received half of bundle
My sister ordered me a Fu Manchu cd & t shirt bundle for my 50th birthday. My birthday is 30th November and she ordered the bundle well in advance of that date.
She received the t shirt late, a week or so after my 50th and after making several enquiries about the accompanying cd she has drawn a blank.
There’s no denying that the t shirt / cd bundle was a bargain, but it’s not a bargain if you only receive one half of the items advertised. Both items were listed as “In stock” at the time of purchase
I won’t be using this company again and have shared my experience on social media with others

This company is a joke.
First of all I placed an order at the end of November for over £300.00. I had no confirmation, no updates and customer service were useless. Thank goodness I paid through Klarna which allowed me to contact them who helped resolve.
I must be mad, but I placed an order with them again, things can go wrong and I just put it down to one of those. How wrong was I? Over £250.00 order this time, I've been waiting since the 6th December despite paying over £15 for Express Delivery.
I have chased several times to no avail. One member of the team kindly emailed me on the 23rd December to say it had not even been dispatched!
Where is my order? I have someone waiting for some of the items in this order for a gift! Order No - 3086835

Didn’t receive an update for 2 weeks, so I contact them asking if there was an update.

I have ordered items in the past, without any delay. Consider this my last purchase.

The biggest of bunch con artists since Boris Johnston.
My girlfriend ordered a Blink 182 T-shirt for our son on November 21st, in stock dispatched and delivered in 5 days. We thought we’d get in early for Christmas due to the expected strikes which were predicted. Website looked impressive, how I laugh now when i think back, how STUPID was I. But what I wasn’t expecting was the total incompetence of this company and staff. After finally getting a response from our emails a month later Dec 20th, to say it’s the been delayed in the post (that was it). Now we didn’t have that many strikes for it to be delayed for month and we’d hadn't received an email to confirm it’s been dispatched. But you believe them. Then comes the sucker punch an email on Dec 22nd, item has now been dispatched, but has it? I wouldn’t trust them at a Conservative Birthday Party. My problem, how can you trust them. They have been holding our money for over a month before dispatching this item and there’s many many people in the same boat reading this. That doesn’t seem right to me. Why do artists continue to use a company who have such poor standards and treat their customers so so badly. Come on BLINK 182 you can do better, than use these bunch of jokers.
