Ordered a logo stamp with purple inkpad…

Ordered a logo stamp with purple inkpad and it simply doesnt work. They kept on asking proof so i have recorded 4 videos from different angles and send them as proof. First of all i find it wierd that they want proof, now that i have taken the time to provide it and its clear that it doesnt work, they will still not fully refund despite assuring me that they will.
Stay away from them!

Great service and great product

I am very happy with my decision to order an ebosser from StamPrints. While shipping comes internanational, I recognize the issues with international purchases during this time.

It is the only rectangular embosser, and while I was hesitant after reading early reviews, I am extremely happy with the embosser and level of communication and service I received.

After contacting StamPrints about reviews, they acknowledge previous issues and asked me to give them a chance to show they have committed to a positive customer service experience. I took the chance and am very happy I did.

The embosser performs well, and is exactly per my submitted design. I love how it works for my intended purpose.

Horrible Customer Service

I confirmed my order multiple times. It took forever to receive it then when I got it, it was incorrect. The customer service person is extremely rude and argumentative and blamed me for their mistake. This is clearly taught by the manager, Sharon, who did the same thing and has been rude for my entire experience. I tried multiple times to speak with them and every time, I had to start all over again and they all say something different. The only good thing is the quality of the product.

Yesterday (8/19) I was emailed by Sharon telling me I was wrong and that she didn’t see any issue in their customer service interaction. She then copied the last message in her comment, which isn’t the whole interaction. After seeing this reply, she threatened to post all of my emails to this site. Even the timing of this is an indication of poor customer service. I made my purchase over 8 months ago. The only amendment to this review is that I will say is after calling and emailing and leaving multiple reviews, I started to get responses, which resulted in them sending me a new pack of stickers for free.

Be aware - shipping from China

They very deceptively keep it hidden that your order will be processed in Hong Kong, China. Nothing on their website - "About Us", "Shipping Policy" or "origin" states this. We were willing to accept their estimate of 15-19 days for International Shipping but after 30 days wait they then informed us it would be another 30 days. Unacceptable and deceptive. Build trust by being open and transparent. They choose not to. Requests for a refund are ignored. Stay clear unless you can afford to wait 2 months and pay import tariffs from China.
Order number 44395 received by Stamprints May 24 2025. "Hand over to airline" May 29th then no further updates. I requested an update on June 20th. On June 26th Stamprints notified me to "expect it to take 2 months". My point is there is nothing on your website to clearly let the customer know you are shipping from China. Your estimated shipping for international orders is 12-15 days but it is not until the order is placed and a commercial invoice is requested that the customer can see where the item is shipped from. Tracking is useless once it leaves your hands. Disappointed with the lack of transparency on your website.

Product never arrived / Terrible Customer service

Product never arrived. Order submitted and paid in full 6 weeks ago. Customer service answers only emails, usually overnight. Customer service providing no legitimate information about the whereabouts or status of my product. They also refuse to acknowledge my request for a refund. Only responding with "logistics has reached out the carrier" Overall unprofessional and terrible customer service experience. I have zero confidence that I will ever receive any product that I paid for. They are a total scam.

Great custom products, weird shipping experience

All of the products I ordered are of equal or better quality than expected. The custom stamp, embosser, and mini wax seal are perfect! The ink pads, wax beads, and other minor crafting tools I received are all great as well.

I'm subtracting one star because shipping took a long time and the tracking was not transparent.

I ordered on Jan 17 and received the package on Feb 12. This is within their estimate of 13-21 days for custom products, however it's still a long time to wait.

When I asked about the tracking (since it said the package was awaiting collection, but had also been on the way for 10 days), the customer service rep said "Our shipping carrier is undergoing a system upgrade. This may cause slight delays in tracking updates. Rest assured your package is safe and in transit." However, when the tracking started "working" it showed my package traveling an extremely strange route originating and ending in NY, but then the return label was from CA? And I'm under the impression the products are shipped from China, so I'm guessing there's some weird shipping method going on here.

In the end, I got the products, so I'm happy.

Don’t pay for VIP shipping

Don’t pay for VIP shipping. My order was for my sisters birthday (past the 5-7 business day they advertise) to her house in Georgia. It literally was shipped and originated IN Georgia, was sent to customs for a day, then New York, then Florida, now back to Georgia. Missed her birthday by a long shot. Obviously the company has a no refund policy on the “VIP” shipping they provide and blame the carrier.

To stamprints: there isn’t an explanation needed, I can clearly see from your other replies you guys don’t have any intention of being truthful with your shipping times.

Buy from someone else, there are plenty of other reliable companies. I can’t even speak on the quality of the product, but at this point I doubt It’ll be recieved. Thanks Stamprints!

Upsetting experience

My experience with Stamprints is very upsetting! My order was unsuccessfully delivered on 13 Nov. I saw the notice on 19 Nov and contacted Stamprints. I was told that it was taking longer time to be delivered so I waited till 5 Dec, only to be told to contact the delivery provider they provided. I contacted the delivery provider and was told that my items had been disposed as they did not receive any update from the sender after the unsuccessful delivery attempt. Apparently they only keep the items for 10days after unsuccessful delivery and I did not even know the reason for unsuccessful delivery. I noticed very late that my unit number was incorrect.
However, I was misinformed by Stamprints in the first place! My order amount is not small and I requested for refund if they can’t re-deliver my order which until now was not processed.
I received another email from Stamprints today to arrange for re-delivery. I thought they resend my items but no! I was given the same update that my items had been disposed! What kind of service is this!!
