This company is a SCAM
Placed an order on 9/10/25 for long cardigans. I reached out to them on 9/13 and I did receive a response back on 9/22 in which they provided tracking info. Reached out again on 9/25 because the tracking was showing out for delivery with my local USPS but then I checked the next day and there was not tracking details. Still no package as of today (11/14) and I sent another email. Happy I used PayPal, will be requesting a refund. Regarding other Facebook ads, I will say that all are not scams. I ordered form others in the past with no issues. This is my first time with an issue.

I also have the same complaint everybody else. I ordered some clothes and they were delivered to a different address who knows where supposedly. Thankfully I used my PayPal and was immediately refunded my money. A few days after getting my refund I got a package with no return address that had an item that I never ordered and believe it is this scam company that delivered it and it is called a brushing scam (Look it up) they do this and use your name to boost positive reviews I can't say it's them for sure but it is odd.

SCAM! Dispute the payment now!!!!
After 14 days my order was apparently delivered. Where to because I never received it. Reached out to the company via email and never got a response. Came here, read the reviews and immediately filed a dispute with PayPal. I took screenshots of some of these reviews and attached them to my dispute to further strengthen my case. My money was back in my account within 1 minute. About 10 minutes after filing the dispute, issue was resolved and my case was closed. That simple!!!! If you paid via PayPal, file a dispute ASAP.

SCAM/Ripoff…
I ordered a set of dresses ( five or six, I think) advertised on FB. They were advertised as being comfy yet professional with pockets. I believe they were between 25 to 30 bucks for the set.
They never arrived, but they got my money. Is there anywhere where one can file an official complaint? Maybe for some people that's not a lot of money, but it's the principle.

0 Stars . I never received package and it says delivered but still shows it in another state. No response from the company. Facebook should not allow this as well as our own government. Pay pal won't even open a complaint for me because I used credit??? I used a debit card. The company also made 3 different transactions with my card so it is hard to get a correct transaction #... Every time I see the ad on Facebook I let people know its a scam in the comments but they delete it within hours. Disgusting! Don't order from Facebook!

They said my package was delivered but not to me. Never get a response. No merchandise and no refund . A total scam. Never order anything with chinese supplier. I have filed an investigation through PayPal. I will either get my merchandise or I will get a refund. The United States needs to do something about these scammers. A bunch of foreign cowards that don’t have the balls to back up their sorry business. I would love to go face to face with one of their executives.

Lying cheats
Horrible experience. I never received my order. They just said oh it was delivered check with your neighbor and the post office There was never any tracking number updates. It showed as never shipped. PayPal was wonderful and returned my money immediately. My question is what we can all do to address the issue of Facebook allowing these scammers to post these fake ads? They are just taking any ad for a profit with no responsibility.

This is a facebook scam as verified with PayPal. Just open a case in the resolution center disputing the charge and they will reach out to the company (who does not respond) and refund your payment within 10 days.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ON FACEBOOK !!!!!
