This is a scam company, you pay, they don't deliver, they keep the US$10 and you loose... imagine how many $10 s they keep and they can make $1000's a week if 100 people place an order. Avoid like the plague.

Scam! Never received and they don’t respond to emails. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Super impressed with the quality and the response time from custome support. Ordered a few times and always had a great experience. I Think some reviews here might be misleading, it´s been nothing but positive for me.

You dont get a confirmation email of your order. I contacted them 1 month aster order as not received. They requested I contact my local post office and check with neighbours as delivery was made on a Saturday evening (19/10). I told them that UK post office does not deliver on Sat evening and I have a video door bell and there was no attempt at delivery on this day. They offered me a partial refund and exluded 11.99 postage that I did not pay! It was free postage over £25!
Luckily I paid via PayPal so I was covered.

Company is scam!! Don't even get an confirmation email to say what been ordered or anything just take your money!! I'm reporting it the bank

Ordered clothing. Never got a confirmation. Emailed about getting my confirmation 3 times. Finally got a response that itbwas delivered and of course, it was not. They blamed it on thier logistics company (China Post)They then offered me a partial refund with me still paying shipping costs.
SCAM. I dont believe that it was ever shipped. I think this is their scam. They get to keep shipiing money when they have never even shipped anything out.

Ordered from this company but never received anything. On contacting them , they originally claimed that my items were on the way, they then claimed that they had been delivered. I pointed out that according to my cctv no delivery had been attempted and then there response was that there had been a logistics error. They have offered a partial refund but are expecting me to pay £6.99 postage fee. I Don believe that my it were posted! Buyer beware!

I ordered 3 dresses about 2 months ago and still not received them what can I do about this

The quality of their clothing is really poor, espeically considering the price. They charge on average £30 for one T-shirt, which will have a print of pretty average quality, on very thin, cheap, material. They will also draw out the process for getting refund as long as is physically possible. I have requested one 6 times (for one item!) in consecutive emails - im still waiting to hear whether I will get a refund or if they are processing it. My first 2 requests were "missed" and they just sent the same item to me again, after I have returned the original (stained) item and after I specifically asked them NOT to send a replacement. They have actively avoided answering direct questions and purposefully fob you off with none responses or treat your 6th email as though its the first time they have heard about you or your issue. I can only recommend them if you want to waste your time and your money. Avoid.

Placed an order for 6 pack pair of pants 12/7/23. Never received anything. Tried email 3 times no response. Pretty sad 😞

I ordered two awesome Tshirts online but chose the wrong size.. it is always a bit difficult ordering online, and it was a bit frustrating because they came from different delivery centres but the customer service really did look after me and follow through on organising different sizes in the end. It is a teeny bit expensive ordering in $AUD, but in the end I am really satisfied because the designs and also quality is really great. Just make sure you think carefully on the sizing. I am 6'2" and 87kgs, Large was the right pick.

I've only had 1 bad experience, which was i got a shirt with bad sewing. like the sewing lines weren't in the correct spots, but it was still good quality. I asked for my money back or a new shirt, and they actually gave me the same shirt back for free! pretty poggers!
