The most frustrating e-commerce experience in memory.
I ordered 3 Runescape pins, order #17493. Initially, they sent me an incorrectly formatted address in my confirmation email. When I pointed out that the address did not match the address on my order page, I was basically told too bad and I was out of luck if the package didn't arrive even though it was their error.
Only after prodding and followup (At which point they accidentally forwarded a message sent to their supervisor pointing out they felt they had no responsibility due to T&Cs because once the package was shipped, it was shipped) did a supervisor investigate the issue and explain that my international address was reformatted in just their confirmation email to match UK standards but that the address given to the warehouse was correct.
Doesn't seem like good business practices. Not sure if they were playing CYA, but okay. Even though they had the right address, it seemed like they were perfectly willing to do nothing if they hadn't; the support staff were fully aware from the beginning that there was a difference between my order page and their confirmation because I mentioned it immediately and included pictures.
When I finally received my merchandise, the order was incorrect. I purchased a special limited edition item, and was sent a duplicate of a generic item I had ordered instead.
UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO MERCHANT'S REPLY---
Your policy was applied in an asinine fashion and is only applicable in cases of buyer error, not merchant error. You screwed up sending out my order despite being given the correct address, and are required by fair trading standards in the UK and FTC regulations to make that right--- which is why you lost the chargeback case I filed.

Item ordered a week ago and no confirmation of shipping, so I emailed their customer service department - no response. The advertised phone number for UK enquiries is "not in service". Unimpressed.
Update: An automated email response states that the order can take 28 days to ship and a real response to emails takes 2 days. Still not impressed...
Update 2: Item received yesterday, shipping notice received today. T-shirt is average quality.

Quick and Courteous Customer Support
I accidentally clicked a wrong size while shopping on my phone, but didn't realize this until the order was placed and I had received my email receipt. I emailed the team right away to see if anything could be done and Isla immediately responded to my request and put in a size change for me, no fuss. Being that this is an international order, I really appreciate the quick help and feel reassured that everything else will turn out just fine as well.
That said, despite my mis-click, I have no complaints about my overall online shopping experience - merchandise was easy to shop, the checkout process was streamlined (even for an international order), and the how-to reach support was very clear (which I needed).
