I got an Email Bill from Alinta Energy…
I got an Email Bill from Alinta Energy saying I can get a cheaper plan. Then there was a link to click on. Clearly you have all of my account details. Then there was a convoluted process to get there as if I was an unknown person. I had to put in all my details again through a complex process. Very frustrating. I gave up. When you send me an email bill and you give me a link to another plan, it should take me there with just one click.
Consider hiring other web site designers. The present website is not user friendly, or is this the intention, to discourage people to get cheaper plans?
