Excellent Customer Service & Short Wait Time

Terrible & confused customer service
Terrible, they had wrongly connected the wrong address. chase for 3 days and they didn't change details and started charging me, i had to call again to stop the install to unknown location. they refused to cancel despite not being able to find my real address on their system. and now they constantly harass me calling non-stop. Bad customer service
