Its good , the veg is delivered crack of dawn, reusable boxes taken, app easy to use, change produce and week for delivery always same day every week. My only criticism is at full price, just not sure, postage is steep considering you likely deliver hundreds around here, so £20 for a small box, albeit organic quite a lot on my budget

Great fruit and veg
Great fruit and veg. The carrots are so sweet and leeks tasty, the clementines are very orangey. Bread has been delicious and I love the soya milk and soya yogurt. Easy to use App. Good info on delivery times and friendly driver. It’s my weekly treat.

Our signature Fruit & Veg Boxes are fully customisable, so you can personalise them using box swaps to enjoy more of what you love. You can also set up a Dislikes List so we know what crops you don’t want as swaps.

Friendly staff
Friendly people when I phoned, easy to talk to and answer phone quickly, good reminders re weekly order via email. Friendly driver. Tasty fruit and vegetables. I enjoy the variety in the fruit and veg box I get each week.

Our Buying team plans the boxes to have plenty of variety, which is listed on our website each week. But on some rare occasions, we need to make a swap due to unavailability or if the quality isn’t up to our usual high standards.
Did you know you can set up a ‘Dislikes List’ to tell us which produce we should never send you? On the odd occasion when we have to make a last-minute swap, we refer to this list to make sure we send you something you’ll enjoy. You can also personalise our signature Fruit & Veg Boxes, swapping the contents to enjoy more of what you love.
Thank you for sharing your feedback on our prices. We appreciate that our customers are supporting amazing makers who don’t cut corners and are paid fairly for all of their hard work. There are plenty of options to choose from – like boxes for your weekly staples, smaller portion sizes, building your own box, and setting up your boxes to arrive every other week.
