I am fed up with their delivery drivers parking outside my house once a week to deliver to my neighbour. This morning it was at 5.55am. He left his engine running, meandered out of his cab and down to my neighbour. Meandered back and all whilst constantly looking at his phone (why?). Thanks for disturbing my sleep.

They are very helpful and offer great organic foods. If there is something missing or damaged in a delivery, they are quick to remedy it and offer a solution. And you have plenty of time to alter a delivery, such as adding further items that might take your fancy. They offer so much.

Update, upgraded from 4 to 5 stars - as soon as the review was seen Abel & Cole apologised to me and gave me a refund. Thank you, much appreciated. Good quality fruit & vegetables, I like that I can also buy my organic bread flour. I would have given 5 stars but I was disappointed with the large pack of juicing blood oranges I recently purchased, excellent taste but 5 had to be disposed off within 5 days as they went mouldy.

Delivered at time stated, fruit and veg good quality and in good condition. I had ordered an extra small basic fruit and veg box and am tempted now to try their other offerings. And I don't underestimate the challenge faced by a supplier with really good moral values. This was my second delivery

Efficient and approachable team at A&C. Good delivery service, always nice to have a freebie or a discount occasionally. Generous amount of veg. Their fresh ravioli is second to none.

Delivery driver tried to run us over when we were on the pavement. Terrible employees. Fire them.

I love Abel & Cole. I had been a long term customer of Riverford but recently made the switch to Abel and Cole as the delivery day suited me better. I’m so glad I did. They have a huge variety of products on sale, often cheaper than in supermarkets. I love the superb surprise items in particular. It is always something delicious that I would never have thought of trying. The swaps in the boxes is also a huge plus. I can’t sing their praises highly enough.

I moved from my Oddbox, which I was very happy with in general, to Abel and Cole because I wanted to ensure we were eating only organic fruit and vegetables. Am so pleased with the boxes. They are a little more expensive than the Oddbox but so worth it. Especially love that I can return soft plastics - that’s all my soft plastics - each week and they are recycled

They leave my parcels at our gate, they never attempt to use the intercom (there are 6 houses past the gate and my house is probably 600m further on) this has resulted in parcels being wet as they’re left in the rain and stolen. I won’t use a company if they use these people to deliver.

Products are organic and taste excellent compared to regular supermarket produce. Fantastic customer service.

I’ve been shopping here weekly for over 2 years now and what I hate is the default “weekly” setting they put on items so they appear every single week unless you turn it off. To me this is a sneaky technique and not at all ethical. No other online supermarket does this. Some weeks I’m very busy and don’t have time to shop or I’m away , why should I have to worry about the automatic sending of food I don’t want - like stewing steaks and parsnips? Sort it out Abel and Cole, or I won’t be your customer much longer.

I love this company and having regular deliveries. My problem is that my house is right on the street with no front garden or safe space to leave my delivery so I have to wait in. This is no fault of abel and cole though and they do update me with a time frame for the delivery and always follow instructions left for drivers.
The food is of good quality and feels like premium items. The customer service is really helpful when needed.
I would love an order every week for fresh organic produce but sadly I am busy on the delivery day so its hard to be available.

Delivered on time. Very well packaged and you get reminders before & after the delivery. The whole process is very simple & easy. All the dairy products are brilliant.
