On the plus side, having fresh produce delivered on a regular basis is ideal for a busy household and encourages healthy eating. On the negative side, prices are very high, quality is varied and sometimes choice in the boxes is very limited.

I think every one of the Cook dishes we have ordered has been excellent but sometimes the cooking instructions are not quite right, e.g. some of the individual pies and the couscous need much longer than advised.

We have been buying from Cook for years and they never fail to deliver. The food is great and the service is excellent. We particularly enjoy the old favourites like Lasagne, Lamb Tagine, the Chicken and Vegetable Kormas, etc but we also try some of their new products as well. Visitors often comment on how good their food is. They also do a wonderful Christmas lunch. Highly recommended.

Excellent frozen ready meals of the highest quality. Wide range of meals to suit all tastes and new recipes are introduced on a regular basis. Not cheap but good value as there is never any waste. Food suitable for entertaining as they taste as if there were homemade. Particular favourites are the lamb tagine, lasagne, chicken and vegetable kormas and desserts such as the fruit crumble and the mango and passion fruit cheesecakes. Also a very reliable delivery service in certain areas.

Hermes sent me an email to say that my parcel had been lift in the porch. I don't have a porch. They sent me a photo of my parcel left outside my front door in the rain. When I got home there was no parcel so I thought it had been stolen. I was too late home to contact the supplier so I planned to phone the next day to explain. When I looked outside the next morning, my parcel was outside the front door again. Either a neighbour had taken it in (although nobody mentioned it) or Hermes had changed their mind and left it with a neighbour (but no card left to say this) or they had taken it away to deliver it the next morning without ringing the doorbell to let me know they had left it again.

Very long delivery times (months) for some home accessory items but communication, quality and design are very good.

Good quality, stylish products but be prepared for a long wait on some items.

Always happy with my Cook purchases. Not cheap but definitely worth it. Especially like the lasagne, tagine, orange bread and butter pudding and many more. Good service too - both online and in the shop.

Helpful staff onsite. Site is clean and tidy and storage room is perfectly adequate. Only issue I have is that, on many occasions, I never get a reply to or acknowledgement of my emails.

Good quality goods. Mainly classic fashion with the occasional more trendy items available. Goods arrive in reasonable time and are well-packaged. Very rarely free returns. Very few loyalty offers.

Good service but parcels are sometimes packaged in cardboard boxes which arrived damaged with the goods visible.

The location and opening times of my nearest CollectPlus store are very convenient and I had no problems with the staff in the shop. However, the parcel seemed to take a bit longer than Royal Mail for example in getting back to the original supplier.
