I would avoid this company in future. Purchasing from them does not seem to guarantee entry to anything. They just commit to trying to get you entry. Purchased tickets for Venice attraction through them 4 days in advance. Only for them to cancel the booking a few hours before the visit resulting in a spoilt visit and the disappointment of missing one of the city's biggest attractions. A company not to be trusted in my view.
Absolute waste of time, do not use. As we were travelling to Venice, I prebooked tickets to San Marco Bascillica, I booked on 29th March to visit on 5th April, now we are here, I received an email today to say the tickets are cancelled (3.4.23), now we are unable to book this week. Useless company, don't bother.

drama. i bought 4 vatican museum tickets a month in advance on weekendinitaly and a few days before my scheduled visit i got 3 emails saying they were sorry they had to cancel my tickets. the promise of a refund has still not been fulfilled even though two weeks have passed. I have no idea what to do in such a situation, the seller does not respond to emails and does not answer phone calls. don't be fooled by scammers
J’ai réservé des billets pour le Vatican, je sais pas quoi faire avec un code que l’on m’a donné.

They take the amount immediately, Just before the event they cancel the ticket and inform you to expect the refund within 8/10 weeks...
Actualization 16.05.2023: Never get back the refund. By the way has anyone heard of a payment that lasts 8/10 weeks?

Horrible company. Rude. Unhelpful. They actually told me ‘I’m going to put the phone down now and speak to real customers.’ Shocking service. Stay away from this rip of company!!!!

We ordered several cookbooks and an online cooking experience in December 2019. We eventually received the cookbooks, but nothing about the online cooking experience. After five months and repeated emails, we have not received one response from this group.
Beyond a "help" email address to which no responds, there is absolutely no customer support.
Complete Scam. Do not trust. This company will ruin your plans and holiday. They cancelled last minute without an excuse. Keep away and book from trusted sources.

Sorry I can't give a 0. So I brought a Leaning Tower of Pisa Ticket through TripAdvisor/Weekend in Italy. Was told you get the ticket after you pay. NO NOT TRUE. You get it 2 days before the visit. I was not planning to take my cellphone. I asked for a refund based on this misinformation and was told no. I advise everyone, just get the ticket from the Tower or Musuem directly. I bought a ticket for Villa Borghese in Rome. When I asked at the Museum ticket office for changing the voucher they anwsered that the voucher was non valid. I wrote to the tour operator Weekend in Italy for a refound, they assured they would have done It but...nothing. Very bad and not honest.
Absolutely terrible experience. As a tour operator we expect honest service. Nearly $1500.00 of Colosseum tickets were purchased in October of 2019 through Weekend in Italy. These tickets had incorrect confirmation codes and when our groups arrived at the Colosseum we were turned away. I have tried calling them multiple times. They eventually promised refunds but never delivered. They are now ignoring our calls and emails. I would be happy to support them if they would simply communicate and have some honesty and integrity.
I ordered and paid for a book "Looking at Painting in Florence. Received an invoice dated Aug 12 for 35 Euros ($42 +). Nearly a month later, no book. Tried to locate a phone number, to no avail.
We asked to cancel our booked tickets for the end of April due to the State Department and CDC advice against travel to Italy. We are trying to reschedule our two week trip to the fall. Every other vendor has been kind and understanding. While these tickets were a small cost in the scheme of things, Maria will not refund them. She said today, March 5, that there are no problems in Italy, despite all schools and universities being shuttered and the Italian government advising against being in crowds. Our own son was sent home from Rome, yet she said everything is fine. We understand the impact on businesses by the situation, but at the same time, a little kindness would have gotten her a new reservation in the fall. Now she has our $80, but lost our business.

Nous avions réservé pour visiter la Galerie des Offices de Florence pour le 3 Mars 2020 et suite à l'épidémie de coronavirus nous avons annuler notre séjour à Florence , je les ai contacté par mail pour annuler ma visite une semaine avant ils n'ont rien voulu savoir et m'on expli ce n'était pas une raison valable🤔🤔 , si j'avais consulté les avis avant je n'aurais jamais réserver avec eux je déconseille fortement
