Statt Versand in 24 Stunden die Stornieren der Bestellung einer TUF 9070XT im Asus Shop obwohl Artikel weiter bei Amazon vom Asus Store verkauft wird. 813€ war wohl zu billig? Ganz miese Nummer! Ein Hersteller welcher angeblich den eigenen Lagerbestand nicht kennt.

Leider muss ich die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen bestätigen. 24h Versand ist ein Bluff und es sind eher 72h Versand....nach 3-4 Tagen wird die Ware erst verschickt also alles zusammen ne Woche!

Bei Asus hat man sehr gute Preise und im Garantiefall wird einem sehr schnell geholfen.

Preiswerte Angebote und sehr schnelle Lieferung und Zahlungsabwicklung.

Retourné en janvier et jamais échangé ou remboursé
La deuxième commande concerne un. Zen Drive, jamais reçu.
À ce jour aucune proposition est faite de la part de Asus concernant ces deux litiges

Die Bestellung lief reibungslos, der Preis war gut und der Versand sehr schnell.

Ich habe ein Asus Produkt gekauft, das an einer Promotion teilnahm. Beim Kauf sollte man das Spiel "Monster Hunter Wilds" kostenlos dazu bekommen. Dazu muss man das gekaufte Produkt bei Asus registrieren und prüfen lassen. Das hat ninepoint auch längst getan. Seitdem aber keine Regung. Auf meine E-Mail mit Screenshot, dass die Registrierung akzeptiert wurde und wann ich den Code für das Spiel erhalte, bekam ich nur eine Standard Antwort, dass die Prüfung bis zu 20 Werktage dauern kann. Wie schon andere Kunden von Asus erfahren musste, versucht Ninepoint hier wieder gezielt auf Zeit zu spielen um die Promotion nicht ausgeben zu müssen.

Ich habe am 14.02.2025 eine Tastatur bestellt, weil mit „Versand innerhalb von 24 Stunden“ geworben wurde. Tatsächlich wurde meine Bestellung aber erst nach mehreren Tagen an DHL übermittelt.

Als ich nach einer Kompensation gefragt habe, wurde mir nur eine Stornierung angeboten, aber kein Preisnachlass oder eine andere Lösung. Zudem wurde mir die Rechnung bereits vor dem Versand ausgestellt, was extrem unseriös ist.

Ich habe das Produkt inzwischen bei einem anderen Händler für 79,90 € statt 109,90 € bekommen – schneller und günstiger!

🚨 FAZIT: Finger weg! ASUS-Shop/Ninepoint GmbH ist unzuverlässig, überteuert und ignoriert Beschwerden. Nie wieder!

Ils ont crypté nos données en nous expliquant que nous faisons partie "des heureux élus", simplement car les NAS Asus ainsi qu'une autre marque sont des passoires. Depuis, nous nous avons appris que les hackers ont été arrêté par la police Néerlandaise. Nous nous disons qu'il est impossible que la belle société Asus ne soit pas en lien avec ces autorités... au moins pour comprendre par où les voleurs étaient rentrés. Nous savons que des centaines de clés de décryptages ont été identifiées. Nous avons demandé à Asus leur aide pour nous aider à retrouver nos données... 10 ans d'activité. Ils m'ont répondu. Débrouillez-vous au revoir. Un scandale

Ich muss hier mal eine positive Bewertung abgeben da so viele negative dabei sind. Ich bewerte lediglich den top Preis war wirklich nirgends so günstig zu finden und den super schnellen Versand. Das Paket wurde abends an einem Feiertag versendet und war heute schon da. Vielen Dank weiter so!

Habe am 6.8.24 eine Grafikkarte mit 70€ Cashback gekauft. Bisher kam das Cashback nicht an, auch nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen wird man vertröstet. Absolut unterirdischer Service.

In welcher Bubble muss man eigentlich sitzen um wegen ein paar Kröten seine zukünftigen Kunden zu verkraulen?

J'ai commandé un pc pour ma société au mois de juillet et j'ai deux avis à émettre :

- Avis produit : le pc à plus de 2000€ fait le job. J'ai eu un soucis où toutes les vis dessous se dévissent seules... J'ai resserré mais cela à l'air fragile. A voir dans le temps

- Avis service client : J'ai un souci concernant l'oubli par le vendeur de mettre la dénomination sociale de ma société sur la facture. J'ai relancé 4 fois et j'ai toujours la même réponse: "mon dossier va être traité en urgence". Ca va faire 2 mois que j'attends.... niveau urgence, on a vu mieux...

za. 16-11-2024 bestelling geplaatst ter waarden van 2000,00. Ontvang bericht van UPS dat ik mijn bestelling di. 19-11-2024 zal gaan ontvangen. Ik ben de hele dag thuis speciaal hiervoor. Laatste bericht die ik ontving was dat UPS op deze dag tussen 16:30 en 18:40 zullen gaan leveren. Ontvang een live tracking waar het busje is. Zie dat het UPS busjes vanaf 17:30-19:10 in het dichtbijzijnde dorpje Rolde stil staat, meer dan een uur lang! en UPS is nooit langs geweest. Ontvang wel een bericht van UPS om 18:56 dat ik niet thuis was. Hoe dan???
Do. 21-11-2024 gebeurt precies hetzelfde. Ook weer de hele dag speciaal voor de levering thuis gebleven. UPS meldt dat ik niet thuis was. Hoe dan???
Klacht ingediend bij UPS waar ik op een onbeschofte wijze werd behandeld door de klantenservice van UPS.

2 volle dagen voor niks thuis gebleven en 2 volle dagen verpest ! door slechte dienstverlening van Asus en UPS!

Asus is verantwoordelijk voor het netjes en optijd leveren van mijn bestelling.

Ik ben nu 10 dagen verder en ik heb mijn bestelling nog steeds niet ontvangen!

Het is niet normaal dat UPS op hun tracking website verzoekt om vooraf voor ontvangst te teken op hun webportal, terwijl je het product nog helemaal niet hebt ontvangen! Hoe kan je dit vragen???

Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne geben.. Mainboard bestellt am 12.10 am 24.10 war Relais Tag habe dann am 25. Habe ich dann angefragt wegen Storno auch weil sie es nicht wie angekündigt direkt am 24. Innerhalb von 24Std Versand haben. Angeblich schon im Versand Stornieren nicht möglich war aber nur eine Notlüge versendet haben sie es nämlich erst am Montag Nachmittag. Zum Glück mit PayPal bezahlt können die sich mit PayPal rumschlagen. Unfassbar wie schlecht dieser Shop ist vorallem da er der offizielle Asus Shop in De sein will also da erwarte ich einen anderen Service Freunde. Einmal und nie wieder

My experience with ASUS has always been pleasant. I have owned two laptops: ASUS ROG and ASUS TUF. Both worked great. Never had any hardware issues.

Can't complain about the online store either. Unfortunately, I had to return my most recent purchase, ASUS ROG Strix, since Windows 11 was too unstable and RAID configuration did not easily allow Linux installation, but the return process went very smooth.

I will certainly continue buying ASUS products.

BEWARE LAPTOP MODEL F1605ZA ASUS LAPTOP, Computer caught fire inside my home on my coffee table while Iid was closed and not being used.
The laptop was plugged in, I came home 5 minutes before my home and my 8-year-old Chihuahua Bethoveen were destroyed by fire.
I Contacted Asus who did send a replacement computer after 3 weeks!
Mine was under warranty, also it was a better model than the one that I previously had that caught fire, this is true.Then I asked for smoke damage cleanup to be paid for by Asus, because there was thousands of dollars worth of smoke damage to my home, and $650 worth of fire damage.
Asus agreed to pay the damages if I sent the laptop to them which I did and of course they would not compensate me because it was determined to be started
from an outside source. What tha What? What outside source? No one was home, and the fire department ruled the laptop caught fire because the battery became hot enough to combust. Asus made that up to keep from paying the damages to my home.
The estimated damage from the smoke was b/w $4100 and $7,500 I got two estimates from Servpro, and ServiceMaster which are professional smoke cleaning services.
They refuse to pay any of the money to have the home cleaned up. And use trickery and stall tactics to receive the laptop as well as delay.
I'm going to say this again the computer caught fire on my coffee table in my home, it did not just get hot and melt the plastic it burst into flames and was on fire when I opened my front door to my home, ON FIRE and it was pitch black dark inside my home and Beethoven who is like one of our kids, was in the closet, a smart place to be, but I had to go inside the home three times to find him in pitch black smoke the smoke covered my entire home the mattresses all our clothes all my furniture my HVAC units everything completely covered in black smoke. I had thrown water on the computer, not a good idea by the way, then throw the computer outside the home into the yard to put it out. Asus refused to pay for any of it. What if it would have been at night and me and my kids and our dog were all asleep in our home? We may have all succumbed to smoke inhalation and then most certainly worse, I've read more than one article with this very incident has occurred and many many laptop fires have started because of overheating batteries. I am trying to warn the public and here is the model number. Laptop model F1605ZA. BEWARE OF THIS COMPUTER AND COMPANY PLEASE. Get this, I only ask for $5,000 from Asus, that only covers the cleaning of the home that does not cover any furniture any clothes any mattresses that will just covers the walls the ceiling and the carpet. They did not offer to pay for any hotels which we were displaced and still are,, AND STILL ARE!! WE ARE STAYING AT MY MOTHER'S HOME. We're a poor family blue collar hard-working, barely making ends meet as it is family. And we ask for nothing but our home to be cleaned so we could move back in. We did not ask for anything else nothin, only the smoke removed from our home so we do not become sick and sit on furniture that turns our clothes black. Please understand this we did not ask for 20 or 30 or 40 or $50,000 but 5, FIVE. LOL FIVE. A outside source would mean that someone broke into my home and did what? set fire to my laptop with a match a torch a magnifying glass? What outside source? Pathetic please be aware before you buy this model F1605ZA. I would advise against buying one from them at all. I've never sued anyone before, but now I see why people do.
