Warrendale Wagyu Omdömen 

I was unable to write a review on their website AND there were no reviews to look at
Should have been warned by this but proceeded to buy their 2 kg sirloin steak which was not very tasty and not like any wagyu meat I have encountered before AVOID

Shocking service ..
Ordered a box of steak for a birthday present and on their website it shows a nice presentation box but don’t be fooled by that .. they just send it in a dirty old cardboard box..

Plus DPD didn’t even knock on the door they just left it on the the step .. so if your out just expect some very warm steak.

I Absolutely wouldn’t buy anything from
Warrendale Wagyu. I had my package stolen from my Doorstep and I called them up and they couldn’t be bothered to help me at all.. I was told that when it leaves them place it’s out of their hands and they won’t even call DPD for me to even talk to them Absolutely outrageous I lost over £140 pounds of meat..

There is only one place to get wagyu and that is Warrendale, I have been a customer for more than 4 years. I ordered some cuts on Sunday and they arrived today, so New Year’s Eve was surf and turf. Hanger being the turf was sublime as usual. A credit to the uk meat industry. 100 out of 10 Warrendale

Really pleased with the wagyu steaks - the steaks were really tender (especially as they were a gift for the family!) and couldn’t fault the packaging - everything was secure and well packaged. A great first experience over all, and I would order again for a special occasion.

Ordered Sirloin steaks and some flat iron. All steaks were very well marbled and so tender. Would order again.

Steak- Tough as old boots, almost tasteless rubbish.

I bought 3kg sirloin joint, third of the joint was fat so 1kg to the bin , customer service think its ok and that will not effect the taste :) , warrendale web do not accept bad reviews only good ones:) thats how we roll !!

Ordered the 'low n slow' pack. The quality of the meat was great. The marbling on the ribs was particularly good. Once smoked, the flavour was incredible. Highly recommend!

Ordered 2 Brisket as they was advertised ideal for bbq what I received was fine meat with flaps of meat which I wouldn’t even call brisket so contacted there customer service which doesn’t seem to exist as still have not had no reply.

The Wagyu sausages with horseradish from Waitrose were disappointingly bland. No real beef flavour and no noticeable horseradish, onion or pepper flavour whatsoever. Texture was okay but no flavour or seasoning, wouldn't recommend nor buy again.

Been ordering for a few years but as someone else said here the butchery can be haphazard. At Xmas I ordered 3 fillet steaks but when they arrived I could see they had been chopped with a machete. I complained only to be told to go away so I won't order again. Plenty of alternatives and they have lost a decent punter

Ordered 4 Ribeyes. Not significantly better than a standard m&s Aberdeen Angus steak. But add on a few quid extra for not much difference in quality/taste.

Firstly, a good standard of customer service was received.
Great if you're a carnivore! Horseradish sausages were mild tasting so kids can eat them. As one becomes more aware of the benefits of animal welfare, I am hopeful that WW lead the way to best practice. Thanks guys!

Mainly get rump cap. The meat is good and their customer service replies quickly. However they sent the wrong cut of meat recently and all we got was a refund of the price difference even though we clearly never ordered that cut and they probably didn't have the cut we wanted and thought this way they still get some money.
Still on the fence but will continue to use as the cost for the wagyu is very good.

I normally order the full briskets from here and half the time they are ok but the other half they seem to be butchered by stevie wonder. The one I have unpacked today has a huge slit down the middle so the Point end is in tact but the Flat end is in 2 halves flapping around. Makes it particularly unsuitable for smoking. I would avoid purchasing again in future as for £90 you'd expect some proper butchery. They cut it so it can be folded over and vac packed which means it's thinner in the middle than a packer brisket you'll get elsewhere, and where it's folded over it also hides the terrible butchery until you've fully opened it. Getting quite disappointed.

We have just received our 5th order. As always it arrived on time and in great condition, although maybe the packaging could be more recyclable.
The beef is always excellent! It cooks beautifully and is always tender and delicious. Great value for beef of this quality

Ordered the large wagyu box as a treat, definitely wasn’t disappointed. Beautiful cuts of meat, incredible taste, juicy and very tender. 8 steaks for £100 is amazing value. Will definitely order again. I refuse to eat any other steak than wagyu now!

Our first order was great we got a nice whole brisket as expected but our second order was not upto standard and little to no support offered a part refund (only of the price difference in size of £15) which we never got. Ordered a whole brisket for Christmas £90 came under sized and the butchering was a mess. Deep slashes, large section missing very thin in some areas and thick in others making it hard to cook evenly (also it was the best part of the brisket missing!)
We are big into cooking so are super disappointed and won’t use or recommend them again.

Unlike the 1-star reviewer who confused Waitrose with Warrendale ... a difficult mistake, but hey; I have the greatest praise for Warrendale's wagyu burgers. Full of flavour and delicious to eat. I sous vide mine and sear on the BBQ flattop.

I also praise their excellent customer service. There was a small problem with a recent delivery of a rump roast and hanger steaks, but Warrendale's quick response was to send out replacements. Full marks to them. Good customer service keeps customers coming back.
