Fast efficient delivery and a great highly recommended product I love to sous vide the rump steak it’s the best steak I’ve found at a decent price

Meat not delivered in time to my daughter's house for a birthday meal, just told DPD have an issue it should arrive next day. Couldn't speak to anyone about this, Just advised to email ?!?. I am not happy being told the meat you are about to cook and eat ( if it arrives) has been in transit for 48 hours in a cool box with no proper temperature control in warm weather. Not very impressive and rather a casual attitude. At least there is M & S......

Dear Warrendale, if you looked at the photo of my order,

you could see the veins and cartilage in the middle of the steaks,

THIS IS NOT NORMAL FOR WAGYU AND NEVER ANYWHERE. I have never seen Wagyu meat with such defects before,

so I can confirm that after cooking this steak did not bring any pleasure, as it looks like beef from Morrisons at a price of 18 pounds per kilo, but Warrendale claims that this is premium Wagyu and sells it several times more expensive,

unfortunately this is my first and last order in your butcher shop and as it turned out, all the negative reviews about your products were fair.

Month ago update P.S. I have already contacted you several times via this email with a request, and you responded briefly by saying that it was not your problem and advised me to eat what I bought, that is, in fact, you ignored my request and showed that you do not care about your customers.

Superb as usual

Superb quality topside and delivery was prompt and on time. Price was very reasonable for the product and not a lot more than I would normally pay for 'non-Wagyu' topside so a great all round experience.

I ordered a brisket, sirloin, rib eye and fore fillet. Everything was excellent. Delivered on time and packaged well. I highly recommend this company.

Fast delivery, but most importantly the best burgers I've ever tasted. More like a steak than a burger. Froze some, after defrost and quick sear then banged in the oven - perfect, moist meaty. Mega!

Brilliant experience start to finish the steaks were absolutely excellent

This was my first purchase from Warrendale and I was delighted with the quality of the meat. The Argentinian skewers tasted amazing and the Wagyu fillet steak was delicious and tender. The ordering process was simple and the delivery arrived very quickly. Overall I was very impressed with the high quality meat and the seamless customer service. I will definitely be purchasing again in the very near future

Delivered on time, well packaged and excellent quality product

Great produce which we required for a barbecue. It arrived very promptly. Normally the carrier is very reliable, but on this occasion dumped the package at the drive gate instead of delivering it properly. Luckily it was spotted and disaster averted. Warrendale followed this up with carrier. Very happy indeed with the produce.

Excellent quality meats, outrageously tasty, very well packaged to ensure safety during transport. Good price for next level meat.

Farmer Partners of Warrendale Wagyu are increasing frustrated due to the neglect of livestock stocking densities, late payments, livestock with high levels of mortality due to increased mycoplasma pneumonia.
There is no listening to farmers on the ground to try and resolve problems.
One big issue that affects consumers is the nice rolling hills on the packaging that makes the cattle look like they spend a lot of time on the pasture. The truth is that most stock remains in sheds to get the best growth results.
When they were confronted about this, farmers are told not to worry about it as it is just to keep the consumers happy.

I got a Wagyu box to share with the wider family. For most, it was the first time they had experienced Wagyu. I wondered if they would appreciate the unique flavour and texture. They definitely did and they are still talking about it.

- The products were well packaged and in great condition.

- Was glad to see there wasn't the uber-marbling, so evident of great feed management, unlike what you see in some countries. However, the marbling was enough to create a great cooking and eating experience.

- Good cooking and eating consistency with the things I ordered.

- Fab communications in terms of my order and helpful staff when you have to phone up.

The cost is higher than other types of beef, but it is Wagyu. More than anything, I appreciate the high welfare standards and knowing it was produced in the UK.
