Very bad company, before couple years was on right but from last year in November I noticed that they lie so much with the flights.
So, you buy the flight but they don’t send you the ticket by email never. So, if you are not making picture to your reservation you can’t speak with them about your flight because they can’t find you on the sistem which is not true, they really can find by searching your name. Why they doing that?
To tell you that the flight which you booked is full and if you want accept another day which obviously that is going to cost you more.
I hope, this company to be excluded from market as quick as possible.

Mereu de ajutor și foarte repede se rezolvă orice problemă chiar dacă este din greșeala mea . Mereu o să achiziționez bilete de la ei cu zâmbetul pe buze și mare încredere

Shocking procedures. It’s nearlt impossible to change a return flight as they can’t find my reservation after I provided all the information. Slow online well more of a painful process. I’m shocked and appalled. Don’t book with these people it’s a complete waste of time and money.

Horrible communication, nu emails reffering to delayed flights, no answering the online chat…

The person from the Online chat made me search on google because he hasn’t any answers…

Stay away from the Vola from Romania.

Just buy the tickets directly form the airline companies.

Even Wizz air is sending info better than a usless 3rd party loke Vola.ro

No update on the delayed/cancelled flight, no info about the compensation.

Just buy airplane tickets directly, avoid Vola.ro - they’re cheaper than vola!

Am avut doua situatii in care operatorul de la chat ne-a ajutat sa le rezolvam cu promptitudine, profesionalism si o foarte buna comunicare (prima legata de chec-in la un zbor Ryanair si a doua o rambursare ca urmare a faptului ca un zbor ne-a fost anulat)
