Am achiziționat un bilet de avion prin…
Am achiziționat un bilet de avion prin Vola.ro, plătit integral (dimineața) iar ulterior am fost informat (ora 15:00) că nu mai sunt locuri disponibile. Practic, am plătit pentru un serviciu care nu a fost furnizat.
Mai grav, după această situație, am fost pus să achit și taxe suplimentare … am fost contactat și informat că trebuie să mai achit o diferență de 45€, pe motiv că „s-au mărit prețurile”, în condițiile în care eu aveam deja biletul plătit integral. Am acceptat această plată suplimentară doar pentru a nu pierde zborul ceea ce ridică mari semne de întrebare asupra modului în care sunt gestionate rezervările și clienții.Din cauza acestei situații:
* am rămas fără zbor
* am pierdut o oportunitate profesională (loc de muncă)
* am fost pus într-o situație extrem de dificilă, fără suport real din partea companiei
Consider că este o lipsă totală de responsabilitate față de client și o experiență complet inacceptabilă.
Recomand tuturor să fie foarte atenți atunci când aleg Vola În cazul meu, serviciul plătit nu a fost livrat, iar consecințele au fost serioase.

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience with Vola.ro. I booked and paid for plane tickets in full, receiving the official confirmation of the reservation. Later, I was notified that I had to pay a difference of almost 300 euros to get my tickets, on the grounds that the price increased in their system, after I paid, citing provisions in the "Terms and Conditions". These provisions are abusive, flagrantly contravene the law, so they are null and void. According to the law, once the offer is made and the price is paid, the contract is considered concluded. It is unacceptable for a client to assume the technical risks or synchronization incapacities of the agency. Instead of respecting their contract and the confirmation issued, Vola.ro tries to transfer the cost of their inefficiency to the consumer. Therefore, I do not recommend this platform. Avoid if you don't want to wake up with extra money requests after thinking you have your flight sealed!

This company is complete scam.
Any email reply you get is full of irrelevant questions. I tried to book in 24hrs before flight and got no reply from their customer service till after the dates I was suppose to fly. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I payed for the check in online , they send me a thousand of nonesential emails with offers and under them an email that I have to give more data for the check in , I gave them once and at least they should worn me about that and not sending me a thousand offers. I was busy all day long and the check in wasn t made because of them . I will never use them again and they responded that It s good what they do , they should have send an warning at least for the check in not all that offers to hide the important email . So I payed my check in 55€ just because I choose an romanian company wich I regret now .

Decided I wanted more luggage 2 days…
Decided I wanted more luggage 2 days before the flight. Couldn’t add it on the app, but it took less than 5 minutes on the Vola chat. Now I’m happy I have space for all my Tuscany Outfits. I Wholeheartedly reccomend!
