I payed for the check in online , they send me a thousand of nonesential emails with offers and under them an email that I have to give more data for the check in , I gave them once and at least they should worn me about that and not sending me a thousand offers. I was busy all day long and the check in wasn t made because of them . I will never use them again and they responded that It s good what they do , they should have send an warning at least for the check in not all that offers to hide the important email . So I payed my check in 55€ just because I choose an romanian company wich I regret now .

Decided I wanted more luggage 2 days…
Decided I wanted more luggage 2 days before the flight. Couldn’t add it on the app, but it took less than 5 minutes on the Vola chat. Now I’m happy I have space for all my Tuscany Outfits. I Wholeheartedly reccomend!

Sincer mereu cumpar bilete prin intermediul Vola , de 3 ani am cumparat bilete la ei pe platforma si a fost totul perfect . Am avut o problema cu ceva schimbari de tarife dar am inteles situatia , am apreciat chat suportul .
