Vodafone Egypt is an unethical company that rips off customers with fraudulent charges
Unfortunately, after 15 years as a customer, I'm sorry to say that Vodafone Egypt has really gone downhill as a company. While their Ana Vodafone app is a convenient addition, they'll also use it to rip you off at every possible opportunity.
Never, under any circumstances, leave any credit in your account unless you want it to be eaten up within days by fraudulent charges. You should also keep a close eye on your package's data consumption as they'll randomly charge you roaming rates while you're still in Egypt, and customer support staff will refuse to refund you for the wrongful charges.
To upper management: You should be ashamed of the state your company is in today - you might be making some extra money through these shady practices but it's coming at the expense of your morals. Is it worth the trade? Do you even care?
To prospective customers: You'd be much better off with another provider like We (I use them for mifi but may switch over completely) that doesn't take advantage of people or treat their customers like cash cows.

Vodafone wireless wifi
Useless product as the network signal strength is very weak. Vodafone does not inform you of their coverage in your area and therefore you buy an item that will not provide any useful speed. After sale service could not help and teach support failed to improve the signal. Not recommended, seek other alternative.
Not recommend provider
I recently purchased a new Vodafone number, excited to have a fresh start. However, from the very first day, I was bombarded with an overwhelming number of calls. These were not the usual welcome calls from friends or family but random strangers, debt collectors, and even angry individuals demanding to speak to someone I had never heard of. Confused and frustrated, I soon discovered that my new number had previously belonged to a woman involved in fraudulent activities. Apparently, she had been using this number to carry out her schemes and then abandoned it, leaving me to deal with the aftermath.
I didn't contact Vodafone's customer service as they will suggest changing the number, but I had already distributed it to various contacts, making it inconvenient to switch again. Moreover, I felt it was Vodafone's responsibility to ensure that recycled numbers were safe for new users.
Days went by, and the calls persisted. Despite my attempts to explain the situation to the callers, they were relentless. It felt as though I was being punished for something I had no part in, and Vodafone’s response seemed inadequate to deal with the emotional and mental strain this was causing.
While I understand that recycling numbers is a common practice, I believe Vodafone should take greater care in ensuring that new customers are not given numbers that have such a problematic history. Had I known, I would have thought twice before using this particular number, and my experience with Vodafone so far has been far from positive due to this issue.

Vodafone is Terrible
After 15 years with them is it now time to move on. Their customer service is beyond terrible now. That was their only saving grace, but now they are subpar on that end. Factor in the fact of the bogus and extra services and charges they just add on by themselves to extort extra money. I honestly can say after being a loyal customer for 15 years they are terrible now and I'll be switching this week to another carrier. Family has been with the other carrier and no problems like these.... in summary.....Vodafone is a terrible mobile company with steals money from it customers by unethical practices.

I sm extremely dissapointed at home wireless service. I got a line and paid 1250 last month and it did not work and the customer service said they cannot do anything and I got a new line now and paid 550 and still not working and customer service spoke to me in a very rude way and did not call me again or get my complaint. The free number 888 does not want to connect me saying I have no enough credit... it is the worst experience I have ever faced

This review is about Vodafone Egypt not the application itself. Vodafone EG has a very poor customer service. Low quality. The complaints department never replies. Also the HU department never calls back. Even after several follow ups on my part, & receiving more than one request no. & more than one complaint no. for the same case, there is no care what so ever on their part. They never call back or reply. لا حياة لمن تنادي. They are really in their worst eras. It's a nightmare customer service.

Very bad customer support they want to charge me twice on my bundles sating i used a different recharge ways, like what does that even mean, where did this money go to then another network provider, and they did not want to transfer me to complaints or even let complain and that was after speaking with a team leader supervisor!!!

For four months on Vodafone 200, which supposed to give 13000 flexes. I only get 7800 out of the 13000 flexes. I called the customer service and the management. They normally comes with funny resolution like give you a credit of 30 LE which far less than the flexes they cut.

İ don't find words how angry i am . İf you are a foreigner don't buy nothing from this company. They steal and steal from you and they don't care. İ am now at home without internet because worker put money to somebody else. And this they make to me now 10 times. Because they want to steal more money from you. Disgusting.
