In one letter they PROMISED to return the money for the return of a faulty product, once returned - they refuse to pay for it. Have both emails in the same thread.
Highly unprofessional - avoid this e-shop at all costs. Product arrived faulty too.

Ordered a table, when it arrived I found out that it is very different from the one shown in the photos. Looked like it was assembled from pieces of wood that come from trash. size of planks - different, colors of different planks - different, even finishing and texture was different. Not usable in the house. Contacted support how to return, was told they will contact me back in 3 days by email, no email. Contacted again - waiting for email. So far the impression that I've got that they are selling low quality trash, then avoid returning the money and getting their product back. If I get the return, then I will remove the review or increase the number of stars.

Užsisakiau stalą ir, jam atvykus, pamačiau, kad jis ženkliai skiriasi nuo to kas rodoma nuotraukose. Atrodė, lyg būtų surinktas iš medžio iš šiukšlių. Lentų dydis – skirtingas, skirtingų lentų spalvos irgi skirtingos, net apdaila ir tekstūra skyrėsi. Netinka naudoti namuose,nebent kokiame tvarte ar garaže. Kreipiausi į palaikymo tarnybą, kad grąžinti prekę, man pasakė, kad susisieks su manimi el. paštu po 3 dienų, el.laiško neatsiuntė. Susisiekiau dar kartą – laukiu el. laiško. Kol kas susidaro įspūdis, kad jie parduoda prastos kokybės šiukšles, paskui vengia grąžinti pinigus ir priimti grąžinamą prekę. Jei gausiu grąžinimą, pašalinsiu atsiliepimą arba padidinsiu žvaigždučių skaičių. So far so bad. Very bad.

Never ever I had so bad quality table. I bought Desk Solid Acacia Wood 110x50x76 cm. It said - made with accuracy. But it eas so wrong. The top was scrached. The details not attached properly, details do not even fit. Desk legs differ in lengh and the angle. We tried to fix and strenghen the construction with wood glue. Unfortunatelly it can not change wrong size. Table is uneven and unstable afterall. It was disaster.

I ordered the bed from this company, and after a few days, I got an email saying I needed to cancel the courier because they had only sent half of the packages. In that email, they said, "Please cancel, and you get your money back in 10 days." Now I've got an email saying that the payment wasn't done, but I have a copy of the payment from the bank. Now we have no bed, and no payment has been refunded.

Very poor quality.

Very bad experience. The product arrived defective and of poor quality. It is very difficult to get in touch with the company. A friend returned the product but still hasn't received a refund. In short – no product and no money.

Mes nusipirkome arką rožėms . Vienintelis džiuginantis dalykas buvo greitas pristatymas. Išpakavus produktą nustebino labai prasta gaminio kokybę. Prekės rėmas pagamintas iš labai plono plieno , tad surinkus gaminį jis visas labai netvirtas ir visas kreivas.
Nors gaminys visiškai naujas, tačiau keliose vietose matosi dažymo brokas ir kai kur rėmas nepadengtas dažais. Apskritai gaminio kokybė tragiška ir labai netvirta. Gaminys skirtas lauko rožėms paremti, tačiau jau dabar matosi metalo korozijos požymiai, tad po lietingo oro, korozija dar labiau paveks gaminį.

​Terrible experience. Received a greenhouse with defective part A6-4×1. After two failed attempts by vidaXL to send a functional replacement (both times defective!), we had to fix it at our own expense.
​Now, we found even more parts and screws missing. Because of this, the structure remained unstable and the wind has already ripped out the side panels. The product is now damaged due to your repeated failures and incomplete delivery. Customer support is non-existent (only bots). I demand immediate responsibility and a full solution for this defective and now damaged product.

Kokybė labai prasta, sudėtingas surinkimas, trūko varžtų. Užsisakiau baltos spalvos spinteles. Nudažyta nekokybiškai, persišviečia plokštės pro dažus. Kaina gal ir mažesnė, bet nerekomenduoju. Geriau pasitaupyti ir nusipirkti brangesnį, bet geresnės kokybės daiktą.

The cage was from really cheap parts, fence even cheaper to buy from local shop, very cheap metal construction bolts get loose so easy, not happy and not recommended to anyone.

Pirkome dvi lovas. Pirmiausia nuotraukų atitikimas realybę labai mažas, o antra lovos surinkimas buvo neįmanomas nes varžtų vietos ant vienų pagaliukų ir ant rėmo neatitiko visiškai... Visaip kaip dėliojom, tai arba būtų reikėję pjauti pagaliukus arba ilginti rėmą, nu žodžiu labai prasta patirtis tiek kokybės santykiu tiek tikslumo..

Tikrai, nuoširdžiai blogai. Perku Lietuvos tinklalapyje, prekė - kilimas netiko nei dėl spalvos, nei dėl kokybės. Aprašymas irgi neatitiko. Norėjau grąžinti ir čia prasidėjo...atsakymai chatboto, tas pats per tą patį, savaitė be rezultato kur grąžinti - tada nurodė Nyderlandų adresą!!! Pirkau LT, o grąžinti turiu savo sąskaita į Nyderlandus arba savo sąskaita per jų kurjerį - grąžinimas man kainavo 20€.
Gaila laiko aiškintis. Nerekomenduoju!
