My repair was actioned within an hour of my reporting it. The electrician sent was extremely efficient, polite and he completed the repair swiftly.

Doors refund
Many thanks to Stacy in Wakefield office who was both kind and knowledgeable in dealing with my issue's.
She took time to contact other depts to resolve problems with finance and maintainance. ( refund ). Must ask why all monies are made upfront and refund policy is over complicated.
