Excellent service & reasonably priced, 100% reputable company & even took the trouble to send me a personal email & not a computer generated one, The personal touch definitely goes a long way! Will buy from them again.

Quick delivery, great customer service helping me to return an item that was too small (my fault, I thought it would be but bought it anyway with wishful thinking!)
Refund process was swift and easy.

Velozone did the best price for the pedals I was after.
Also ordered 2 tyres which were similar to prices elsewhere .
Unfortunately the pedals were missing when parcel arrived. Unable to find phone number so sent an email which was replied to and identified the bag had been split (or cut!!)in transit as there was a second type of tape.
Replacement sent without issue.
Only downside is slow despatch, but worth the wait considering the saving

Easy to order and at the best price around. Delivered more quickly than the web page suggested it would be. Some people might like to pay for next day delivery but I couldn’t see that as an option.
