Velozone Omdömen

From beginning to end, the Velozone shopping journey truly stood out. Navigating their website is a breeze, and the pricing is attractively competitive, which matters a lot to me. Both dispatch and delivery were prompt.

Certainly, please provide the text you would like to be rephrased.

Quality parts, fast 24h tracked delivery. Will become my preferred supplier!

Ordered a MTB tyre
4th January 2025. The tyre was not in stock which was not stated when ordered. Contacted the shop 6 times after 3weeks of waiting with no feedback after every call despite being promised each time an update call. I am then told that the tyre was lost in transit!! We then agreed that I would be sent an alternate tyre which finally arrived on the 3rd February 2025. Will never use this supplier again despite their very competitive pricing.

Great prices, super fast free delivery!
What more could you want.

I am sure the customer service is just as good!

Dead easy to order, great range of parts. I bought a thru axle adapter for my ParkTools workshop stand, doubled it's capacity for maintaining my bikes. Thanks guys!

Used twice now and both occasions they have been very good. I've been buying fork service kits - prices are generally very good. The only negative is the search function on the website isn't the best. They need more filters and a more accurate search - trying to find a specific RS service kit when they are all very similar took ages!

Super fast and good price, easy to track and find out where the items are

Never heard of this website before but ordered a bike lock because it was at such a great price. Item arrived really quickly in great condition. Recommended!

THEE Place to go for all the parts NO ONE else stocks.want a rebound knob for a pair of ten year old forks ,they've got you covered .what's showing in stock is in stock and delivered quickly .
I do not know anywhere else that stocks such an eclectic stock of parts.
100% reccomended

First order from Velozone - very impressed cycling shoes I purchased were at the lowest price I had seen, they arrived promptly and as described.

Really impressed with the Velozone shopping experience from start to finish. The website is easy to use and the prices are competitive which is important for me. The dispatch and delivery were speedy.

Never heard of this website before but ordered an Ale jersey at a great price. Item arrived really quickly in great condition. Recommended!

I bought a replacement Shimano battery for my electric bike. It was an easy website to use, it was dispatched quickly and the packaging was safe and the paperwork intact. I would be happy to use Velozone again and also to recommend it

An Item that I orderd was no longer in stock, Velozone refunded me without delay. Second item came on time and in good condition. Happy to use Velozone again...

I odered a pair of tyres. They arrived in good time given that I live on an off-shore island. The price couldn't be anywhere near matched. The packaging could have been a bit smaller but only thinner. I will buy from Velozone again.

Bought it Cinelli double trouble bars, efficient service, quick delivery, great price, will buy from them again.

First time I've bought from Velozone and it won't be the last. High quality Zefal No Mud bottles at a great price, unmatched elsewhere.

Ordered a couple o bits and pieces from them now for a recent shock service, have in stock hard to find items, great prices, fast shipping, cannot recommend enough. Will continue to use when parts I need are in stock, thank you 😊
