What can I say about Matt and his team at the Bicycle Lounge, apart from fantastic. From my first visit to the shop in September until I picked up my Pinarello Dogma F in April , the hole experience has been brilliant.
Matt couldn't do enough for me, the advice and guidance he gave was invaluable.

Went the extra mile to make sure I found a part for my bike build. They found a spare in their workshop they had for a different brand of bike but took time to measure it and send me pics to make sure it would fit. From first phone call, communication was excellent. I did phone another bike shop before contacting The Bike Lounge but they did not seem interested at all.
