As several others have said my Item was not dispatched. No contact from the company tried email and phone. Finally request a refund via paypal which they quickly provided. Do not buy from this company.

Item was not dispatched or received. Multiple attempts to contact the company via telephone (10 times), email and website chat all to no avail. Ended up needing to request a refund via paypal. Do not buy from this company.

The service of the online sales is horrendous. Ordered some thing that was listed online, had confirmation of the order and took £100 through PayPal. I heard nothing then for 15 days. I emailed to ask what was happening as no answer on the phones. Just received automated email stating the more I asked the longer it could take. You would think it was a scam.

Eventually had to get refund from PayPal after hearing nothing or reviewing anything. I’d stay well away from this place.

Useless , no contact or replies to emails. Waited over a week for a self sealing tube . Eventually got a normal tube loose in a bag . Never again. Go elsewhere people

Ordered parts online, after a week, no information, no dispatch note.
I called the store multiple times and sent several emails with no reply. Had to request a refund through PayPal.

Took my fold-up mountain bike in for a service and when they gave it back to me, they said “your gears were all over the place”. After a few weeks, I was finally able to take it out for a ride and the gears wouldn’t go up to the third set once you had taken them down to set 1/2. Unfortunately, this occurred halfway across the Tissignton Trail which left me working extra hard to complete the ride!!
I returned to the store with the bike and he blamed how I fold it up to put it into my car, with lots of man-splaining included in that - but claimed he had fixed it.
I came home and took it for a test drive locally and the same issue is happening so I’m giving up with them. They NEVER answer their phone, so there’s no point in calling them.

Appalling company who need serious investigation by Trading Standards. Ordered and paid for bike components that were shown as stock but didn’t receive the goods or any contact from them whatsoever.
All emails requesting updates received only an automated reply claiming they usually get back to you within 24 hours.
A month later and no goods and zero correspondence from them- they clearly had no intention of supplying any of the parts they claim to have while taking your money and blatantly ignoring all contact you attempt to make with them.

Do not use this seller, they take your money don’t post your purchase and ignore your emails. So glad I used PayPal to get my money back.

Had to get Amex/PayPal to refund and order from another, reputable store. Honestly, I'd have said it was a scam site were it not a proper bricks and mortar store, so not sure what's going on with them but they either need to sort out their online orders or shut down the web store.

Order never arrived. Contacted them by email and got no response. Tried calling them no answer. Luckily I had paid via PayPal so was able to get a refund through them.

Placed an online order, items ordered were never received. Sent a follow-up email, no reply. Phoned the business contact number regarding the problem, left a voicemail message, they never responded.

Ordered items a month ago now, no update, or response to email or online Chat. Based on other reviews, I fear I'll never get my items and its another scam outfit - AVOID!

I ordered a mud guard. Never posted. Unable to contact them.

In the interests of supporting bike shops, just to offer a contrast to the many who've obviously had difficult experiences with online purchases. Ordered a part and they were pretty quick to let me know it was actually out of stock, also offered me a refund- which I accepted and they put this through immediately. Obviously not perfect as it wasn't listed as OOS, but no problem it was good service. Here's hoping this is an indication of improvement!

Takes payment and then will not respond to emails for updates on delivery times, Waited 2 weeks then had to request refund from PayPal.....

Like many others, I ordered an item online, but never received it. Emailed the Bike Lounge multiple times, but received no response. Tried to phone multiple times, but only ever got an answering machine. No idea what their physical bike shop is like, but they clearly have nothing but contempt for their online customers.

Placed order. Did not arrive. Zero comms.
Cl;aimed money back via Paypal Protection.

Avoid wasting your time using this probable dropship scam site or utterly rubbish effort by a local physical store to run an ecommerce operation
