Goods as described, fast and efficient service and delivery..can't ask for more....Recommended

Had problems the freehub on my road bike so decided a new rear wheel could solve the problem. Velozone hads a new Shimano wheel that was just what was needed at a keen price, it was delivered within a few days of ordering and my road bike is now back in action with a smooth and quiet free hub. Great service.

Velozone kept popping up on searches when looking for bike parts. Had never heard of them before so was reluctant to buy from.
Glad I finally took the plunge as price and service were second to none. Would not hesitate to use next time I need something (generally every week 😬😛🤣).

Great service and quality tools at a competitive price. Arrived within a few days, will definitely use them again.

Excellent company to deal with. Very competitive pricing and an extensive range of products. Website has clear information to help you navigate and make the right purchase(s). Highly recommend.

my first order with velozone, and the service was 1st class , parcel arrived as stated by the company

Fast And friendly company. They had what I needed when I couldn't get it anywhere else. I'll buy again from velozone

Good price and quick delivery.

Excellent price and quickly delievered once sourced from wharehouse. Overall great.

My partner needed a specific make of chain ring for his bike. After contacting many many companies to try to buy this part we had no luck I even emailed a company in Belgium with no luck it was looking like this bike was never going to enjoy the open road again. We could get the bike repaired by a specialist bike repair shop for an extortionate price but My partner could repair it himself he just needed the part. Then his daughter found this wonderful company Velozone how I don't know We had been on every site. We called them and spoke to a lovely guy who's name we don't know he knew what we wanted went through all the sizes he had it in stock and we ordered it with a little bit of trepidation it arrived the day after and it was PERFECT it's been fitted is working well and my partner's bike is now back on the road. Thank you. This is a brilliant company to buy from the customer service and knowledge of products is brilliant my partner will definitely be buying from them again. Anyone reading this should do too.

I can highly recommend Velozone. They are very good at all that they do. They are helpful and. I will be purchasing from them again in future.

Regards,

Matthew

Best price I could find, and a good range of products. Order arrived quickly, was well-packed, and helped me get my bike ready for my upcoming trips!

Had the product I needed, prompt delivery.

Excellent product, cheaper than I thought and delivered super quick. Thank you

Never used them before but items were at a good price and delivered quickly.

good price, very easy transaction, fast free delivery - what's not to like ! - recommended and will use again

Great range of cycling products, fast delivery and competitive prices. Impressed. thank you

The items I purchased were very competitively priced and also post free which was great. I contacted velozone to inquire when my order was likely to arrive so that I could arrange to be in because where we live items are frequently stolen if left outside in a bin etc. I recieved a very polite email and my goods arrived the next morning. A great shopping experience. I would thoroughly recommend Velozone and will be using again. 👍

All great, order placed, excellent communication, arrived a day earlier than expected.
