Velozone Omdömen 

I hadn't heard of Velozone before using them, but I found them selling Shimano ME7 clipless shoes for under £100 so I took a chance. Pleased to say it was a flawless transaction. I ordered on a Sunday morning and the shoes were dispatched on the following Tuesday via a 24hr postage service so I received them on Wednesday. I can't pick fault with any part of the company's actions, so now I'd put Velozone right up there with the best online bike shops (in my experience) like Freewheel and Biketart. Will definitely use Velozone again.

Great business with good customer service

Always great deals and vast choice of great products. Last order had an item stolen during a parcel force delivery as the package was tampered and almost non existent. I accepted the deal as it was just a water bottle, I reported to Velozone and was offered refund or a resend, I chose resend of the missing bottle.

I received the missing bottle and a bonus one for compensation within 2 days.

I Used velovone to buy a pair of 26 inch tyres, they offered by far the cheapest deal and they covered the cost for delivery and the tyres arrived in two days! I haven’t got a bad word to say about my experience with Velozone

Ordered a spare wheel for a bike carrier for putting the kids in. Item arrived quickly and in good condition.

I then had to return the trailer on safety grounds so had no need for the wheel. Velozone accepted a return without fuss even after I delayed sending it back by several weeks.

Can't fault their customer service, I would recommend and use again.
