First time buyer, will be returning
Placing the order was easy. When received, goods were pristine, assembled as advised on the website, instructions on finessing the bike before the first ride supplied well in advance, multi tool and wrench supplied made the job super easy.
The only issue was the carrier, who decided to mess me and the retailer about. Their lack of reliable and real time tracking not only put the retailers reputation in jeopardy, but also made it very tough for their own staff to provide any relevant, accurate or in fact, truthful information. This makes the retailer vulnerable to false claims of non receipt of goods.
When I contacted the retailer I had a prompt and courteous response from Matt.
Despite the issues with delivery, I wholeheartedly recommend Uprise. I much rather shop with them than Halfords, because the attention to detail and service received just beats it at every level. Nice touch with freebies too, a way to make a sustainable and responsible business.
Please, please consider another service provider. I would rather pay for a reliable delivery than have a hassle with TNT/FedEx.

I ordered my new bike and accessories…
I ordered my new bike and accessories online with Uprise using the cycle to work scheme. It was easy and clear. Their correspondence was great and their aftersales chat box was useful in allowing me send an image of my query - allowing instant clarification. The bike arrived built and well packaged and an email was sent with a video line explaining how to attach the pedals and align the handlebars. As a complete novice this was perfect for me. Really happy with my whole experience - would recommend!

Uprise provided a terrific bike, the Ridgeback Electron FHD Unisex 2025 in the most beautiful racing red, fully set up other than straightening the handlebars and adding the pedals, by special courier in well packed, fully enclosed packaging exactly as promised. With excellent follow up customer service and 46% reduction from £1400 to £799, genuinely way the cheapest on Amazon, what’s not to love!
