Great delivery but terrible bike set up. Front mech wouldn’t shift from high to low and limiter screws needed adjusting on rear derailleur to allow full range of shifting.

Fantastic service first enquired about the bike on Monday afternoon online prompt replies throughout, order my new bike on Tuesday at 10pm was packed dispatched and delivered to me at 8AM Thursday morning if that's not good customer service I don't know what is !! Bike arrived well packaged and put together in 15 minutes pleased with the Merida scultura 400 EBike thank you uprise bikes

So, just to note that as i type this the item had not arrived due to the courier, not Uprise bikes. Now, where a company shows their worth is how well they deal with these issues. I contacted them to find out where the item was. They did the checks on their end and turns out it was lost in transit. Now, without issue, they have sorted the issue out and are going to send via a different courier to avoid the same issue. This was a very easy communication with the company. This was also the first time I have used them. As a result I will be using Uprise again. Absolutely top notch service.

When they phoned up to arrange delivery they informed me they had ordered the wrong size bike and I would need to wait another 10 days! Hopeless company, avoid at all cost.

I ordered a Trek Dual Sport+ 2 ebike from Uprise. It was the last one in stock in my size and was heavily discounted. So far so good. However, when the bike arrived there were light scratches on the left side of the frame (probably due to leaning it against something while building it); the front reflector had not been fitted; the tyre pressure was the opposite of what Trek recommends (front was 40 psi, rear 30 psi); the stem cap had been overtightened so that moving the handle bars in either direction caused a horrible click. It beggars belief that someone working in a bike shop could have done such a bad job of building the bike and I certainly wouldn't want to order another bike from Uprise, based on this experience. The reason that I've given 2 stars rather than 1 is that I placed a separate order for some accessories, which had a manufacturing fault, and the customer service team did a great job of resolving it.

Hmm it’s a bit of a mixed bag unfortunately. They oh great at answering the phone without annoying automation and being able to speak to the same person more than once is nice. They also have a great range of bikes.
Unfortunately, their customer service is just a little bit lacking. There was a delay on my bike order at the last minute, however, the email sent was very blunt and without any further information regarding when I could expect the bike or what the problem was. I called and was told that that they were busy which is why the email was short and offered no apology. I was also told that this is what you get when you order from an online retailer. I explained that I had ordered from Uprise as they were a store not an online retailer.
I phoned on Monday and was told that the tyres were a problem and they could only get the black version not the tan walled ones that come with the bike unless I waited a long and indeterminate time for them. I agreed to take the black tyres and they grudgingly offered a £20 voucher as compensation.
However the worst part of the service is that the delivery service is via TNT and they do not offer any kind of information on when you can expect the delivery other than a 11 hour time frame. So you have to take a day off as they also won’t deliver to your work address if you use the 0% finance. I don’t gat holiday pay so delivery has cost me £140 in missed income. I would have happily paid for a better delivery service!
Not a great experience so far.
