Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Was about to buy a bike from these they said free items can be swapped then the other bloke said they cant then they said they can but would need to confirm it by email. While waiting for that email i found the bike cheaper elsewhere with no fuss whatsoever. Told them its fine then they said we can price match it but you wont get your free item exchange. Ross and his team lost this company a £1800 sale today.

Good afternoon, I'm disappointed to read of your experience as I know there were at least 2 members of staff who were still trying to help get you the products you wanted at the best possible deal (as it was not a standard order) at the time that this was written. We did offer options to price match the offer that you reference (which did not include a free gift) but understand that this was rejected. I'm sorry that you feel that this reflects poorly on us, I have seen the work that went into trying to satisfy your request and know that everything was done from the team to try and achieve this. I am glad though that you were able to find the package that suited you, even though this was not through us, and sincerely hope that you enjoy your new bike.

i did have a problem
i did have a problem. bike fell out of bottom of box
as the courier was off loading bike . ebike to heavy for box. but no damage done to bike.

Completely west of time bought ex demo bike and all equipment helmet lights etc Paid and after few days get refund no more available such as everything lights bike helmet cancel all order useless unprofessional service TREDZ is the best

Great site, but needs better comms.
The website was easy to navigate and make the purchase. For price, it was excellent, got myself a great deal! It just lacked any communication from the seller, leading me to start thinking it was a scam website. Pleasantly surprised when the shirt turned up and really like it.

Arrived quickly, very little putting together, just adjusting the handlebars, seat and screwing on the pedals. Up and on the downs the same day. My son is very happy with it.
