I bought a Gen 7 Thinkpad Carbon X1 to replace my trusty Gen 4. I may not particularly like Windows 11 but the laptop runs really well. The device was packaged well, came earlier than expected & classified as "excellent" it looks almost brand new. Typical of Thinkpads, I can see this being with me for awhile. I feel UN Tech is a decent company which delivers.

UN Tech are good to their word. I had a minor issue with the computer they sent me and Ari took control of the matter and rectified the issue immediately.
Ari’s communication was second to none in keeping me updated.
I would highly recommend UN Tech to anyone looking at purchasing a refurbished computer from them.

Price was great, service was kind and helpful. And the computer was exactly as described.

Bargain prices . Unit came well packed in fair time. I used a USB to install Linux Mint on first boot up. I also swapped out the SSD for a 2TB. Runs well all functions work. Would happily reccomend.

Always very good customer service. Feed back to vendor is always received in a positive way and they respond well within acceptable time frames.
Generally if there is an issue with equipment they will replace it with no hassle.
I would say the courier is very slow and lets them down having said that it is free delivery.

Fast service good price and great laptop

I bought a refurbished Acer Monitor and I understand that its a second hand good however, this monitor was not thoroughly tested. Acer RG241Y is supposed to be able to go up to 165hz, the one I have gotten from UNtech could only go up to 118hz, any more than that the screen starts to flicker badly. The reason why I got this monitor was because I have an Identical monitor and using this one as a second monitor.

I checked all cables, power supply and used a 3rd party software to play with refresh rates. Im sort of okay with 118hz so Im keeping the monitor

Un Tech where responsive when I had questions prior to purchase. The order then went through and arrived very quickly. That was super nice.
The Lenova Thinkpad is very nice to date.(Mind it only been less than a week, lol)
Everything seems to as described and works nicely.

Gave 4 stars and not five because, I also purchased the extra warranty protection period of 18 months. The package arrived with the laptop in a very well wrapped sleeve. But no information came with the parcel.

I was expecting at least a brochure explaining how the 18 month Protection Plan worked. So it was disappointing about that.

I searched the site for info but could not find any. They get a very good wrap from customers, so I am sure all is good.

Would have been nice to have included something in the package about it.

They could also include a print out of what was purchased, and thanking you for your custom. Especially knowing they will contact you and solicit this review request.

Which I do not mind giving at all considering it was in fact , a nice purchase and nice experience.

The equipment is always to a high standard as advertised and there customer service and after sales service is solution focused. I have purchased 5 system’s and will continue to purchase from Un Tech.

Laptop came in good time and in good order. Was easy to set up and was up and running in minutes. Easy process and good value.

Easy transaction good price fast delivery

I received a sticky laptop that doesn’t match the description. I tried contacting customer service and heard nothing back, I even tried again prior to submitting this but it wouldn’t go through.

Our daughter absolutely loves it it is in fantastic condition and i will be purchasing another very soon 😊 great company thanks so much 🙏
