Very happy with the new(refurbished) PC.
Should have upgraded much earlier!

Delivery was very fast and came through a trusted carrier (Aus Post).
When first powered up, the Fn (function) lock was set on. This effectively disabled the laptop keyboard. Not a problem I had encountered before, so annoying. Google search to the rescue.
After that, all went smoothly.

I picked up a great used NUC computer for a fair price to fill a simple need in my Home Lab. Ordering process and communications and updates were great. Delivery was good also. All around a happy experience.

It keeps saying I need to upgrade to windows 11 but in the description it said it has windows 11. I did send an email asking about this with no response yet. Refurbished are great when you can't afford brand new.

UN Tech provided excellent customer service, I was interested to purchase a HP ProBook G7 Laptop & had a query, I was also worried about the ending of Windows 10 & I called & spoke to Waqas whom was amazing, he kindly answered my query & was very helpful & kind, after speaking to him I purchased the Laptop on 14-10-2025. The Laptop arrived a couple of days later, it was a super quick process & was packaged properly. I was worried it might get damaged in transit but it was packed very well. I bought a Gen 7 Thinkpad Carbon X1 to replace my trusty Gen 4. I may not particularly like Windows 11 but the laptop runs really well. The device was packaged well, came earlier than expected & classified as "excellent" it looks almost brand new. Typical of Thinkpads, I can see this being with me for awhile. I feel UN Tech is a decent company which delivers.

UN Tech are good to their word. I had a minor issue with the computer they sent me and Ari took control of the matter and rectified the issue immediately.
Ari’s communication was second to none in keeping me updated.
