Great price and quick delivery

Only collected laptop yesterday.
And it is better than expected.

Easy to deal with company. Product I ordered came out nice and quick, would recommend to anyone.

Although the laptop wasn't suitable for me, the service was above reproach and the refund was immediate. I would recommend this company.

Product as described and is a fair price. Item was not sent within 3 days as promised - I had to call and ask what was going on. Also the matching BENQ stylus/pen was not included (for writing on the display) was not included - waiting to see if that arrives.

Thjs product was as advertised, and effortless to setup.
Australia Post however were a let down, tracking parcel and saying delivery would, on Tuesday, and bot arriving until the Wednesday

This computer is a refurbished item and is in excellent condition and works well. It was delivered quickly and I highly recommend UN Tech for their product and service.

Brilliant fast service. safe packaging. Machine tweaked to my requirement at low cost.

The range of specialty used/recondition equipment is great. Hard to find equipment for people who know what they need is available regularly.

Couple of potential improvements:
- two PCIE covers were missing. They are not hard to replace, but I wish UN Tech had included them.
- the unit was quite dusty, and didn't look like it had been cleaned.

Once I replaced the missing covers and dusted the unit, it worked well...

Bought a Dell desktop with Nvidia GPU. Been constantly running tasks on it without any issues for 2 months now.
The product arrived in an excellent condition, as advertised, with no aesthetic or performance issues.

l compare prices between sellers of refurbished PCs. UN Tech is at the forefront in competitive prices in the current time of the costs of living crisis.

I ordered and paid for a laptop on Wednesday morning (10am) and paid extra for the one day dispatch that was offered as I needed it for the following week. Friday morning came and went and the tracking showed it was not dispatched. I rang and emailed and was told it was a public holiday so it wouldn't be dispatched until the following Monday. Cancelled the order and waited for refund.

Got exactly what was ordered, a day earlier than expected. Product exceeded expectations - topnotch quality, very competitive price. Have used Reebelo and Reboot IT previously, this company was waaay better. Will definitely be first choice for my next purchase.

The website was easy to navigate, the pricing was excellent, and the checkout process was straightforward. However, after placing my order on 23/9, the items did not arrive until 1/10. To add to the frustration, while assembling one of the two monitors, I discovered that one of the four essential threaded mounting holes was missing. Without it, I was unable to secure the external screw to the monitor frame. I did get a quick response, thankfully, and they are sending out the screw needed .

UN Tech has a great range of PCs and monitors. The prices are reasonable. The quality of the items I have purchased has been very good. The shipping times have been great. The items are always well packed. The one issue I had was resolved quickly with no fuss.

Delivery was quick. The product well packed and the price, excellent.

All products purchased have been above expectation.
