Good experience from Umbro.
Ordering good and easy, products good and value for money good.
Delivery not quite so good.
Offered options for alternative means of delivery , ie neighbour, safe space. As soon as those details filled in it seemed to update to each being the default. ie said it would be delivered to neighbour, then when safe space filled in said it would do that. I was told it would be delivered between certain times on a specific date which didn't happen. It came next day when we were home. No knock on door, just thrown over gate and found by accident. No card to say had been delivered. Delivery company DPD the issue, not Umbro.

Umbro cancelled my order on the new…
Umbro cancelled my order on the new Rangers kit claiming there was system stock error despite the fact ordered the kit soon after release, I think this was more down to me using the 20% off code which they probably didn't expect so many numbers to use it, so rather than lose money they found it easier to cancel my order.
Any other decent company would have honoured the order and just delayed it if there truly was a stock issue, or at least contact me to give me the option to cancel or wait.
