Terrible Experience – Delayed Order and Poor Communication
My experience with umbro UK was extremely disappointing. I placed an order and waited 20 business days without any updates—no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no communication about delays.
Only after I reached out via email did I receive a response, and to my frustration, I was informed that my order hadn’t even been shipped yet. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply canceled and refunded my purchase.
This is unacceptable for an international store. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and wasted time left me completely unsatisfied. I will not shop here again and do not recommend this company to others.

Great service and ultra quick in delivery....less than 24 hours from ordering. I was very surprised and impressed.
Loved my top, other than checking it fits, I have not worn it out yet.
Item was delivered to my local Argos, and although I was away racing, I was able to collect it when I got back.
Overall, super impressed with the whole transaction.

Kit Great At sale Price But Evri Delivery Is Pants
Probably wouldn't have bought the England Rugby gear unless it was at these sale prices. But the items are good quality and value accordingly (Would get 4-5 stars for that). However, using Evri to deliver is a nightmare. Due to their local record of dropping off items at unknown addresses, I used the local Post Office as my drop off. Thanks Evri for never telling me it had been delivered! (1-2 stars for that bit).
