We just got all new overalls from Elis Durham. They came in a timely manner and the driver is always great and goes the mile.

Daniel was very helpful and pleasant with all our questions and the service provided was great.

We have used Elis for more than 20 years and overall we have been very happy. Yes we have had issues but they have always been dealt with professionally and quickly by Kelly Dawson who is an excellent account manager.

We've been using Elis UK for a few months now, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Their pickup & delivery service is incredibly convenient, the clothes always come back clean & neatly folded. The staff are friendly, responsive & professional in the office & transport.

Elis have been a reliable supplier in my experience. They are repsonsive to requests and my account manager, Daniel, is always very customer focussed. We also get great support from Kim when required.

Wreckless drivers and terrible ethics. Their car and support staff are appalling.

Very persuasive sales person, Even if you read every single word in the small print you will regret signing. THEY ARE 2 YEAR AGREEMENTS DESPITE WHAT THE SALES PERSON SAYS. To rub salt in the wound it is a rolling contract that continues for another year if you don't give notice 6 months in advance of the end date. I gave notice as soon as I realised I had been duped, it took 5 emails before they would confirm my notice was received. Lazy, disinterested admin staff, delivery failures which are vehemently denied to the point where you are accused of lying so there is no credit for the non existent service.
I don't have the vocabulary to describe what a shockingly poor and couldn't care less attitude they have once you are stitched up into a contract.
I have bben in business for approaching 50 years, this is the worst supplier I have ever had by a country mile. Sign with them and you will receive only poor service and much wasted time.
