Cornilleau UK Omdömen

Very easy to find and order product. Good price, and quick delivery.

I had a very helpful exchange of emails as I was buying a spare part for a 20 year old table tennis table.

Fantastic Service
The Team at Cornilleau in Crawley are amazing! Friendly and Helpful - Perfect

Good speed, spin medium nice feel in hand. A decent bat

Staff kept me informed of delivery. Item very securely wrapped, so no transport damage. Excellent product very well made.

After a garden renovation, a levelling foot from our table tennis table went missing! It was easy to locate a replacement and order from the web site. We also replaced the table cover which was damaged! Good company and great product! Recommended.

Quick delivery and very prompt after sales service. Needed an invoice and it was taken care of straight away - great service - quality products!

Very easy process of finding the parts I required, the order was very quickly sent and received well packaged.
The overall experience was first class and I would highly recommend this company

Really good to be able to source parts so easily and quickly to fix our table after it broke

Great product, excellent customer care

Excellent customer service. Delivery within a few days and called ahead to arrange. The table itself is brilliant, great quality and clear instructions to assemble.

First and foremost the table tennis table was ordered only just weeks before Christmas Day and yet this company met the delivery deadline. They were also so accommodating with the delivery arrangements too, as the table was delivered to family further along our street. This ensured Santa wouldn’t be seen delivering packages ahead of Christmas Eve. The two table tops themselves were extremely heavy and well made. The whole family enjoyed playing on Christmas Day, even my 93 year old Mum!

The parts we ordered arrived quickly and were exactly right for the table which is now back to full functionality.

Parts easy to order and fast delivery however this is the second time I’ve had to order parts due to design fault

Good website for finding and ordering spare parts coupled with fast and efficient service meant we could get our table back into use quickly.

Excellent sales support both pre-order and post delivery. High quality product.

Customer service very responsive. Pleasure to deal with the company despite changes to timelines on our end. Both the email support and phone customer support is very good.

Quick delivery and good communication- I was phoned to arrange a convenient date and time for the delivery. The table itself is brilliant- we have had hours of fun with it already and look forward to using it lots more once the warmer weather comes!
