I purchased a racket from badminton hq. I used it for 2 games and the strings snapped. Ive been playing for 30 years so it wasn't user error it was obviously a fault from the start. If it had been a couple of months worth of play then fair comment. But they say strings are not covered by warranty. I will not be buying from this company again.

The service,quality of the racquet and delivery time is amazing. This is my third purchase and happy with all my racquets. One thing that they can improve on is stringing racquets. The tension doesn't last and I end up restringing again. I would avoid this option in the future.

The shoes work great and i bought a size that was 0.5 smaller than my trainers but it still fit great. They are breathable, elastic and comfy.
I haven't been able to use them perfectly since the court im at is dusty so i slip a little (not your fault). But on clean courts they changed my playstyle and has avoid me injuring myself 3 times.

Satisfied with my Nanoflare 700 Tour order. But the rackets do not come with a bag. I ordered another Nanoflare 700 Game from Decathlon and it came with a nice full Nanoflare cover bag. The retail price was same as other stores but the Decathlon one came with a Yonex bag.

The buying on the website was smooth and quick. Easy to locate items, great variety and range for prices. Updates webre regularly given too. I did pay for next day delivery but got it a week later, but that wasn't the company's fault it was DHL. Badminton HQ is very good and I would recommend.
