Returns not possible/working on the website and no resolution achieved on email contact.
I ordered tennis shoes which, on receipt, I wanted to return because the fit was too small. I tried to go through the returns process on the website to print a returns label but the step to print a label kept getting skipped. I tried different browsers etc but always the option to print a label was skipped in the system process. I wrote to tennis-point.com explaining the problem and they wrote back saying there was no problem with their website. I wrote again and they sent me another form to fill out which didn't work either. So I wrote again and I never got a reply. This was my final email to them, I gave up after this as I'm sure many do, as I couldn't spend any more time on it. I also didn't want to return the shoes as I felt the chances of my getting a refund from this company were slim. Please never buy from this site/company. To be clear it was Tennis-Point.com

I contacted you within the 14-day return period to request a return, but I was unable to proceed due to the return label not working and an unhelpful response from your team which didn't resolve the problem.
Under EU consumer law, my return request was made within the required timeframe, and the delay has been caused by your system.
Please confirm immediately how I should return the item, or provide the return address. If I do not receive a response, I will return the item using tracked postage and expect a full refund.

I placed an order with Tennis Point on 9th March for a number of high-value items, including tennis rackets and clothing. Nearly two weeks later, the order has still not arrived.
What is particularly concerning is that the parcel has not even been handed over to DPD, so there is no meaningful tracking or indication that it has been dispatched at all.
I expect far better communication and reliability. At the time of writing, I have received no clear updates or resolution, which is extremely disappointing.
I am now having to request a refund, which should not be necessary for what should have been a straightforward purchase.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from Tennis Point unless you are prepared for significant delays and uncertainty.
They should be banned in the UK

Their excuse is, it's waiting for custom clearance in the UK. But when I checked the German DPD tracking site, it says they don't even have the parcel yet. I can't believe they are not regulated and penalised of their lies. And they also charging nearly £8 for delivery and another £8 to return...

Excellent customer service
I ordered a tennis bag for my nieces birthday, the recipe showed the order was the wrong colour. I contacted the company and received a reply very quickly, they sorted out the mistake straight away. The customer service was absolutely brilliant. I cannot recommend this company enough.
Excellent choice of products and quality
Love the choice of products. It is easy to find something you are looking for on the website and there is a wide range of brands and ranges of price. My order was processed quickly and I was kept informed until delivery in good time.
The only comment I would make is with a delivery charge of almost £20 unless you spend £60 I am unlikely to buy a quick gift sale top I saw for £16.

Just, don't do it to yourself. Over 50% of my orders with this company have followed the same pattern: logistics partner in the UK fabricates that they've tried to deliver, items get immediately returned to sender (in Germany!), their Customer Service team comes back with something abjectly useless when you ask what happened, refund takes ages to arrive. Their breadth of stock is no longer a compelling enough reason to order with Tennis-Point - there are plenty of good rivals in the UK who can actually deliver a parcel.

Shocking quality control and even worse customer service!
I placed a nike tennis tennis shoes order (in uk size 9), to then receive what looks like the correct ordered size on the box, but the actual size of the shoes inside was UK 11.5!
Thinking this was a rare error, I returned the item, then tried again in a few weeks time.
You guessed it, the same thing happened, correct UK size 9 showing on the outside box but the tennis shoes inside were size 7!
Shocking service! Emailed Tennis Point Customer Service (and also attached photo's) confirming that I had returned a second pair of incorrect sized trainers and that I would appreciate some form of compensation/credit note etc. The reply was comical - they advised that they will send a prepaid return envelope so I could return without charge - I HAD ALREADY RETURNED THE TRAINERS! No mentioned of any gesture of goodwill for the time I had wasted on receiving two incorrect orders.
The most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My advice, steer well clear unless you want to receive multiple incorrect orders!

Please do not purchase from this company. I ordered a tennis racket for my daughter's 18th Birthday in plenty of time , taking in to consideration the companies delivery guidance. I received notification that the racquet had been delivered by DPD, no racquet, numerous emails to Tennis Point, not responded to, a telephone number on the website that goes dead. DPD app information informing of delivery, no delivery. AI responses form 'Customer Services' finally,by which have no correlation to what has happened and no reference to previous correspondence. A deeply upsetting and appalling experience and my daughter did not receive her 18th Birthday gift. Shame on you!

If I could a zero
If I could a zero, I would. I ordered something for my husband a month ago and each time, I query the order status, I get the same response to be patient and that they are trying to delivery my order. I am starting to think that is a fraudulent business. I will never order again from this place. I never complain like this. This is a very unusual response from me. If you are thinking of buying from this site, please re consider your options.

Racket came in perfect conditions
I order a racket + strung service and arrived in 8 working days to the UK. I was completely scared about my purchase after seeing these reviews, but could say that even when my order came a few days after it was expected, it all came in perfect status. Seems like the general issue they have is around big orders or shoe sizes, and definetly with customer support and returns.
