Fantastic quality, delivered really quick

I have not received my package even though it’s marked as delivered..,

Experience excellent as usual

Je n’ai pas reçu ma commande ! Le livreur avec qui vous travaillez ne m’a pas appelé ! Et il y a bien écrit livré dans la boîte au lettre sur leur site..
Sur un autre mail il est bien notifié que le colis est volumineux et ne rentre pas dans la boîte au lettres! En plus de ça la livraison était prévu pour le 19 ! Et le livreur est passé soit disant le 16/03
Quand je demande un remboursement après enquête ou l’on voit bien que le livreur se trompe de boîte au lettre (2 photos ont étés envoyé avec 2 boîtes au lettre différentes avec les boîtes au lettre ouverte entièrement , rien ne prouve que le livreur a livré le colis !)

A fuir ! Très mauvaise expérience et aucun geste de la part de la part de ugg alors que selon la loi ils sont responsable de la livraison ! Surtout que c’était un cadeau !
Un dépôt de plainte à été effectué je ferai valoir mes droits coûte que coûte !

Ich habe innerhalb einer Woche meine Bestellung erhalten, aber leider fehlte ein Paar Schuhe darin. Ich habe im Kundendienst immer neue Ansprechpartner bekommen und am ende hat man mir gesagt, man kann mir nicht helfen, es wäre im Paket gewesen(was es nicht war). Nie wieder UGG. Sehr unprofessionell!
Eine Kontaktaufnahme hiernach, hat 0,0 gebracht. Ich habe das Gefühl, ich schreibe mit einer Wand! Sehr enttäuscht, ich bleibe auf 140€ sitzen. Deshalb Achtung!!!

Parcel left at my neighbours front door.
I was at home - my neighbour wasnt, yet you left it on their top step and took a picture.
The parcel was in full view of the street.
I have taken pictures and will be contacting the vendor

I purchased a pair of UGG boots in October as a birthday gift to myself, and after only about five months of normal use, the inside lining has worn down dramatically. The shearling lining is already flattened, patchy, and looks very worn out.

Considering the high price of UGG and their reputation for quality, I honestly expected them to last much longer than this. I have owned other winter boots that held up better after years of use, so seeing this level of deterioration in such a short time is very disappointing.

I take good care of my shoes and did not expect the interior to look this damaged after only one season. For a premium brand, durability should match the price.

I hope UGG improves the quality of their materials or customer support for situations like this, because at this price point customers should be able to expect better longevity.

*Update 13/3 have processed my refund. Shame it took for me to leave rubbish review.

* Update.. tried to send private feedback however only positive comments are stated before i can proceed, and i have zero positive comments to give!

I ordered a pair clogs for del on 10 march. throughout the day the carrier kept updating out for delivery end of day. i had opted for a pick up from lockers that i know have a lot of spaces. However, no delivery by wed i contacted Ugg. Only to be told the courier was unable to leave the package (doubtful this is actually true) so are returning them to UGG. I however have to wait 10 days for a refund and only then will they refund once shoes have been returned. i asked for a replacement pair to be sent out since the delivery never came to me. But no this isnt possible which seems a bit ridiculous. I am reliant on unprofessional and unreliable couriers to return shoes i never recieved before i get a refund!! you should take a leaf from dry robe customer service. No matter how good or nice your products are REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE is a real put off. i wont be re ordering but will take me refund when it eventually arrives and buy from elsewhere.. we are now on day9 since i placed the order. still no shoes or refund

Legging noir ugg. Très bonne matière et qualité. Un peu plus epais que les modèles précédents. Prendre sa taille habituelle où une taille de plus car très extensible et si trop étiré on peut voir à travers. Envoie rapide soigné et discret

Quick delivery .Just a tad worried about using it now as after reading reviews,there were a lot of unhappy customers with there uggs ruined 😕
