RECEIVED WRONG SHOE TWICE , Received delivery Tuesday, As per my previous review i received someone elses order Wrong shoe, Eventually received a reply to say i had to send them back, I had to pay for a return label as i don't have a printer, Yesterday you advised you resent me my order and have sent me the WRONG shoes AGAIN ! Is this a joke seriously? I have emailed twice received zero reply This is meant to be a gift for mothers day and you are ignoring my email, you have twice sent the wrong shoe, the shoes you've sent are actually cheaper than what i have paid you , Does noone check when sending orders How has this happened TWICE ! in 2 days, i need this sorting ASAP and i cannot pay again for return labels to be printed it is discraceful this service

Tra l’altro consegna a domicilio a pagamento, ma poi consegnato a punto di ritiro. Poca attenzione verso il cliente nonostante le lamentele

Very bad customer service.
My 200$ ugg boots seam.ripped within a month.
I have been waiting 3 months for a resolution from.their warranty claim dept. STILL WAITING!!!
Its impossible to speak w/ a live persob, the emails are automated replies.
In meantime, I had to purchase new boots from a different company.
I would never shop at UGGS again nor would I recommend them.
