Die Stiefel sehen einfach unglaublich aus, super warm und mal was anderes 🥰, mein Lieblingsstück.
Achtung: ich habe Größe 36, für Stiefel bestelle ich mir 37 aber diesmal (wie behauptet) habe ich mir in Größe 38 bestellt und sehr gute Entscheidung gemacht. Dadurch, dass die Schuhe viel Futter haben, und im Winter mit dicken Socken getragen werden, passt 2 Nummer größer perfekt

I genuinely wish I had never bought…
I genuinely wish I had never bought these UGGs.
I got a stain on the shows after 2 wears. Wanting to do the right thing, I purchased and used UGG’s official cleaner—you know, the one they recommend and sell themselves. Instead of fixing the issue, it made things exponentially worse by leaving a large, ugly water mark that completely ruined the appearance of the shoes.
When I reached out to customer service, I expected some level of accountability or at least helpful guidance. Instead, I was told I must have “used the cleaner incorrectly.” No meaningful attempt to understand the situation, no real support—just blame shifted straight onto me.
Following their advice anyway, I sent the shoes to Sneaker Hut in hopes of salvaging them. The result? The stain is still there, and the shoes are now in even worse condition than before. They’re essentially unwearable.
So to recap: I used the brand’s own recommended solution, and ended up with a completely ruined pair of shoes—with zero accountability from the company.
For a brand that markets itself as premium, this experience has been anything but. Poor product quality, ineffective (and damaging) care products, and dismissive customer service. I won’t be purchasing from UGG again.

Je suis très en colère après le livreur qui a mis le colis dans ma boîte aux lettres sachant que je ne pourrais pas sortir la boîte !!! de plus est j'étais chez moi
J'ai dû casser la boîte en morceaux pour pouvoir la sortir, sauf que c'était pour un cadeau d'anniversaire, j'ai honte, je ne ferai plus de livraison par la poste c'est la deuxième fois que ça m'arrive sinon les bottes jolies

Après avoir fait une demande d’échange sur le site qui a été confirmé j’ai renvoyé le bas du jogging trop grand. Mon retour aurait dû être traité dans les 15j..
Aucune nouvelle depuis des mois, il faut s’énerver pour qu’on nous réponde et là on m’apprend que la taille n’est plus disponible ! Comment travaillez vous ? Les articles devraient être sortis immédiatement des stocks et renvoyés. Donc je me retrouve avec un pull et pas de bas. Grosse arnaque, à fuir !

Je suis navrée d’apprendre que votre retour a été traité comme un remboursement au lieu d’un échange comme vous l’aviez demandé.
Vous attendiez un échange et je comprends tout à fait votre déception. Les retours sont traités par ordre d’arrivée à notre entrepôt et les échanges dépendent aussi de la disponibilité des articles une fois le colis reçu.
Comme l’échange que vous aviez demandé s’est malheureusement trouvé indisponible quand notre entrepôt a voulu l’effectuer, un remboursement a donc été fait.
