Expérience déplorable
Expérience déplorable : erreur de livraison, articles manquants et SAV incompétent
Je déconseille fortement. J'ai passé une commande de 199,85 € (n° EU14764902) et rien ne va. À la réception, les deux paires de chaussettes facturées étaient manquantes. J'ai dû renvoyer l'article restant car ce n'était pas le bon modèle.
Le colis a été récupéré par UPS il y a deux semaines, mais le service client est incapable de suivre mon dossier. On me demande aujourd'hui des preuves de dépôt DHL alors que c’est UPS qui a géré le retour sous leurs propres instructions ! C'est une confusion totale entre leurs services.
Résultat : je n'ai ni mes articles, ni mon remboursement de près de 200 €. La communication est robotique, les conseillers (Olivier, Sanaa et autres..) se contredisent et personne ne prend la responsabilité des articles manquants à la livraison.
Une gestion inadmissible pour une marque de cette renommée. Fuyez.

Not up to their usual standards
Headline: Disappointing Quality – Fabric Deteriorated Rapidly
Review:
I purchased a set of UGG King Flannel sheets expecting the premium comfort and durability associated with the brand. Unfortunately, after only a few washings (following all care instructions), the fabric has deteriorated significantly. The texture has turned from soft flannel to an extremely rough, abrasive surface that is uncomfortable to sleep on.
For the price point, I expected these to last much longer. It is disappointing that a brand known for "softness" would produce a product that loses its integrity so quickly. I would not recommend these if you are looking for long-lasting quality.
