Great products; Poor Customer Service Practices
Edit: Adding an extra star because after 3 different attempts, I got the right assistance. Ugg makes great products. We all love them. I wish I could say the same for their marketing. Sending a coupon code with an expiry date, then multiple emails with Code and Date blank, and when you go to use the coupon, it's apparently expired. Even after showing them the email format, no resolution was offered other than an "I'm sorry" from a customer service chat who has nothing to do with the company policies.

Great browsing experience, very easy to find what i was looking for. Purchase process was also very easy.
